City Backpackers Hostel

this is a review for their dorm - btw their dorm are all double deck. I don't know why they have the single bed on the photos. the dorm room is very good. they have tables inside since they don't have a common spaces outside. I just wish they have a kitchen though. Other than that, people at the reception are very helpful and understands English well.

Extremely convenient location, friendly and genuine service, opportunities to go on tours and meet others at the hostel. Appreciated the curtains in the room to block out light when you head to sleep. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at City Backpackers. Very central location so perfect if you are visiting Ho Chi Minh for a few days. Check in process was easy and the lady there gave us so much information about what to do/see. She was so helpful! We stayed in a private room which was basic but spacious. Just gave a 3 for amenities as the accomodation was basic with no major amenities. No complaints here, would recommend to stay.

Overall I had a good stay. The bed are comfortable. There is a drinking water at the reception for free. Tge hostel has elevator, so easier to go up and down. They provide slippers as well. They speak english and provide affordable daily tours too. The second room they put us (room 202) wall fan is not swinging. But the room got aircond , so it’s alright.

Staff was very polite, affordable hostel. Near to Malaysian Street (where you can get a halal food) and also Ben Thanh Market.

overall is good. will come back stay again in the future when visit ho chi minh.

The hostel was incredibly centrally located to everything fun I wanted to do. They booked me great tours and helped me get to and from the airport with ease, and gave me a map of things around the area to check out.

Great location

It's a great place to stay for 2 nights. I'll stay there again when I go to HCM.
