The set menu at the hotel's west wing basement, offering two choices, salmon and beef as the main courses. The salmon was a bit better. Both portions were quite small, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have a big appetite.

My stay during this trip was great. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The staff were polite and patient, and communication was smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and it's definitely worth staying here when visiting the area.

This hotel is clearly quite damp, being on an island in the city center. There was a lot of mold on the pillowcases, and even after changing them, the new ones had mold too. While there wasn't any smell, it was quite disgusting to look at. Everything else was satisfactory, but this aspect was really unacceptable (the photos weren't taken on the same day, and it's not the same pillow)...

The room is spacious and has two TVs, but the view outside the window isn't great. There isn't much lighting, and the light bulbs aren't very bright. The desk is too small, and there aren't many chairs.

I initially stayed for 6 days and absolutely loved this hotel, so I extended my stay for another 6 days. It's rare to find such spacious rooms in Japan. There's a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station every 15 minutes daily, which is incredibly convenient. I'm extremely satisfied!

Blown away by the bakery downstairs! Not only do they have freshly baked bread, but also delicious and affordable food from the hotel restaurant. I loved how plentiful the hotel shuttle bus and taxis were! 😍 On our first night, we got an upgraded room. While it was bigger, the toilet and shower were combined. Since we were traveling with an elder, I was concerned about the safety of climbing in and out of the bathtub. After speaking with the front desk, they changed us back to our original room type. The next day, the hotel staff even brought our luggage directly to the new room and helped set up the extra bed – I was so grateful! ❤️ The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, which is perfect for a city walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time!!

The free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station (Umeda) makes it super convenient for shopping in Umeda. Plus, there's direct underground access from B1 to Keihan Nakanoshima Station, which is great for getting to Kyoto. The hotel's location in Nakanoshima is quiet and peaceful, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori. The only downsides are that while there's a convenience store downstairs, local restaurants are scarce, so you'll mainly rely on hotel dining or traveling to Umeda for meals.
