MGM Grand Sanya

My four-day trip to Sanya MGM has come to a perfect end, and it was comfortable and efficient throughout. I have to give it a serious good review! I stayed in the Premier Ocean View Room, which offered expansive views and breathtaking sea scenery. Watching the ocean from the balcony was incredibly therapeutic. The front desk service was superb. Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with no long waits. The staff were always smiling sweetly and friendly, proactively greeting us and offering thoughtful guidance. They were professional and heartwarming. They even installed a bed rail in the room for my baby to prevent them from falling out of bed while sleeping. Providing dedicated baby toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes was a very thoughtful touch. Traveling with a child was super easy. The hotel's children's activities were abundant and fun, and my little one had a blast, enjoying themselves so much they didn't want to leave. It happened to be during the New Year activities, so the atmosphere was festive and well-planned, perfectly blending the New Year spirit with a holiday feel. The experience was fantastic. It's truly a great place to spend the winter! 🫶🏻

This is my first time visiting Yalong Bay in 23 years, and I wanted to check out a few different hotels. This year, I chose the MGM, and the facilities are a bit better than the Hilton's. The bed's firmness was just right, and the pillows were quite comfortable. The public areas are very photogenic. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, from a pet park, zip-lining, and the 'M Show' to a beach music festival, keeping guests entertained from morning till night. The New Year's Eve celebration was particularly fantastic, with intangible cultural heritage fireworks, dragon and lion dances, music, dancing, face-changing performances, and so much more. Celebrating Chinese New Year here was truly wonderful! Also, the hotel's photography service is excellent; the photographers are great at capturing candid moments. Finally, there's a free shuttle to the duty-free shop, and guests even get a 5% discount, though unfortunately, I had too many other places I wanted to visit and didn't make it there. Upon leaving, I even received a thoughtful little gift. I definitely have to go back and recommend this hotel to my friends!

This was my first time visiting beautiful Sanya during the Chinese New Year, and the picturesque scenery and fresh air were incredibly refreshing! As soon as we got out of the car, the staff immediately came to help with our luggage. Stepping into the hotel lobby, I was instantly captivated by its magnificent design. Our flight arrived early, so we had to wait a bit, but the lobby manager upgraded our room to ensure we had an even better experience. Entering the room, a vast ocean view immediately greeted us. Our room was on the side of the hotel, offering a quiet retreat while still boasting beautiful sea views! The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, bright, and well-equipped! Every morning, staff would promptly arrange to clean the room and replenish toiletries. The hotel breakfast, located on the first floor, offered both Chinese/Western and Hainanese options. The food display was dazzling and diverse, with delicious flavors and excellent service! After breakfast, you could simply walk through the lobby to the hotel's beach recreation area. The hotel's outdoor garden area features a heated swimming pool, perfect for kids to splash around, and a surfing experience zone – you can book a time with the staff if you're interested. Besides the swimming area, there are also outdoor recreational facilities like an overwater zip line with ocean views, a jungle adventure park, and many other activities to choose from. Then you can head to the beach area, where during the day you can enjoy natural sunbathing, or try exciting water activities like jet skis, diving, surfing, and parasailing. As night falls, you can experience an electrifying beach electronic music party. On Chinese New Year's Eve, there were even traditional Chinese performances like dragon and lion dances and fish lantern shows, which made me feel a unique New Year atmosphere! Before we left, the hotel also prepared a lovely little gift for us! It was such a wonderful surprise, absolutely amazing! Thank you, MGM Grand Sanya, for allowing me to experience such an extraordinary festive atmosphere and a comfortable, unforgettable holiday during this traditional Chinese festival! If I have the chance in the future, I will definitely come back to Sanya and choose to stay at MGM Grand Sanya again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The environment is fantastic; the pool, beach, and balcony all offer great photo opportunities, especially the lobby atrium – it's incredibly photogenic! Thumbs up! The poolside dinner was also delicious, and you can enjoy a show while you eat. Highly recommended! MGM always has so many activities, and I'll definitely choose MGM again next time I'm in Sanya!

The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, and the staff offers excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful with lush greenery, and the pool water is very clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning is also quite good. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the room to the beach, so you can easily go downstairs anytime to relax on the sand and enjoy the sea breeze. There are also good takeaway options nearby.

Came here with my family and kids, and everyone was happy! 🌿 Ambiance: The hotel is like a tropical garden, with beautiful coconut groves and lawns. It was relaxing for the elderly to stroll around and the kids had a blast running everywhere 📸 🏊 Facilities: The family-friendly facilities are so comprehensive! The kids' play area kept my little one entertained for ages, and the water slides were a blast. A special shout-out to the heated pool – the water temperature was perfect, making it safe and comfortable for both kids and seniors to swim. We spent a whole afternoon playing in the water 🌅 🧹 Hygiene: Attention to detail! The room was spotless, and the children's play area was disinfected regularly, which gave me great peace of mind while staying with kids 🧼 📍 Location: Right in the heart of Yalong Bay! Just cross a lawn and you're on a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for building sandcastles and playing in the waves anytime 🏖️ Plus, dining and shopping options nearby are very convenient!
