設施：有隔間洗澡堂和公共馬桶間，以及茶水間（裏面可以選擇冰水和熱水以及常温水），設施非常完善
衞生：床品潔凈，洗澡間和馬桶間長期保持乾燥，衞生挺好的
環境：整體粉粉的，很漂亮，應該是新裝修的，整體很新；大家都很努力的保持安靜，贊贊；附近有酒吧，如果睡眠淺，記得帶上耳塞哦，我每天出去玩太累了，反正倒頭就睡了
服務：態度很好，雖然一開始接待我的小哥語言不通，但是他非常有耐心帶着我一個一個去看和比劃，完全能get了；早上提供早餐哦，三種小麪包和飲品機（有黑咖，拿鐵，拉茶，巧克力咖啡，milo），很貼心了

衞生很乾凈，位置就在克拉碼頭也很方便。
酒店隔壁就是Bar 音樂響了一整晚
從12點到凌晨5點。雖然戴着耳塞，但是酒吧的鼓點聲音實在太強， 仍然聽得到。休息不好。希望可以改善這個問題。其他都很好。

Overall is clean and quiet. And it is all female capsule so feel safe. Receptionist is friendly and provide all necessary information. Luggage can also store when required.

As someone who worked in the tourism industry for 10 years, I can’t praise Kinn capsule enough.
The atmosphere the team creates is amazing. It feels really safe and welcoming!
I really really really want to highlight the quality of the cleaning staff’s work. This place is CLEAN! Part of my job is to inspect hotel rooms after cleaning in 4 stars hotel so I’m really intransigent and I hold high standards when it comes to cleaning. Kinn Capsule was up to the challenge.
I really had the best time there and I hope I’ll be able to come again!

I really love my stay here .. so clean ~ they provide coffee and free cookies too a clean drinking water and a lobby that you can stay and relax .. good restroom also .

The staffs are so friendly with amazing amenities at the hotel serving free coffee/tea and even little pastries from breakfast.
