Silverland Min Hotel

The staff's service was good; they even helped us choose the best massage place. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, and there's no garment steamer, only a traditional iron. We had the hotel breakfast for a day, and they offered Vietnamese coffee.

The soundproofing upstairs isn't great, you can hear people walking around. Remember to get a power adapter from the front desk so the air conditioning stays on and your room isn't too hot when you get back. The location, otherwise, is excellent. Breakfast is rich and varied.

This was my first trip to Vietnam, and I was so impressed by the excellent service. Every single staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and proactively offered help and assistance. The hotel isn't brand new, but you can tell it's well-maintained, giving it a very cozy feel. And for the price, I thought the room amenities were perfectly reasonable: bathroom, fridge, complimentary mini-bar, bathrobes... The room also had international voltage sockets. The air conditioning was very strong too. When you're traveling, it's such a relief to have a comfortable, clean room to wash up and sleep in. After checking out, it started raining heavily when we were about to head to the airport. Two hotel staff members waited with us outside for our Grab car, and even helped us load our luggage into the car in the pouring rain. They didn't stop helping us just because we had already checked out. The service here is so good that it makes me want to choose this hotel again next time I visit. The hotel is very close to the Cafe Apartments, and it's also within walking distance to Takashimaya. There are tons of restaurants and massage places nearby, including many Korean and Japanese options. All in all, I found staying here to be incredibly convenient.
