Jumeirah Nanjing

Absolutely amazing! I can't afford this in Dubai, but in Nanjing, I can splurge! The value for money is incredible. Make sure to choose a river view room; the sunset is unbeatable. The gym and pool are also fantastic, I loved them so much! It truly lives up to its reputation as a top hotel brand from Dubai. The breakfast was also superb!

For a star-rated hotel, the price and room quality definitely don't match. We booked the little yellow duck theme suite, and the room had an overpowering musty smell – the kind that makes your eyes sting and nose twitch. After a short while, my throat started to feel noticeably uncomfortable. I initially thought it might be due to the recent rainy weather and understood some dampness, but the hotel windows are sealed. It's clear that some of the issue also comes from the furniture, combined with the dampness and lack of ventilation, which prevents airing out. It was absolutely impossible to stay there with a child. I contacted the hotel to request a room change, and the staff's service attitude was perfectly fine; they helped us look for another room. However, we looked at three or four different rooms, and they all had the same problem. Even with an air purifier provided, it was so noisy running all night that we couldn't get any good rest. We decisively checked out the next day. For a similar price in the same area, you generally wouldn't encounter this kind of issue. Especially for those traveling with children or the elderly during holidays, I strongly advise reconsidering this hotel!

The view was quite good, what a shame about the weather though! I bet watching the sunrise and sunset over the river would be amazing if the weather were better. It's very close to the Youth Olympic Park and Jiangsu University, so I'll definitely come back next time for a game or a dance drama!

While not a new hotel, objectively speaking, the room design and materials still rival those of new hotels today. The breakfast, both in terms of food and service, was excellent. We stayed for two nights, and during our stay, our child had some specific requests regarding the bedding. Hotel customer service managers Hao and Guan promptly provided professional and meticulous follow-up, ensuring our trip was as enjoyable as possible without any regrets. The service spirit is top-notch.

The stay experience was great. The hotel is located right by the river. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The large bed was soft and very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation. The service was warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The environment was quiet and the soundproofing was good. The hygiene was well maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The room is very spacious, perfect for traveling with friends or family. The view is excellent, and the facilities are new. The front desk lady was also very kind. Highly recommend!

Not bad. Got an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which was very comfortable. The service attitude was good, and breakfast was better than expected. However, the hotel facilities are showing their age pretty quickly. Still, for the price, it offers good value.

The room was spacious and clean, and the soundproofing at night was excellent. Being on a higher floor, the view was also quite good. The surrounding area was relatively convenient, making it suitable for families traveling with children. The hotel service was good.

I've stayed here multiple times and I'm always very satisfied. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, rooms were tight, but they still helped me upgrade my room and allowed for a late check-out. Even when a delivery driver sent my food to the wrong place, the staff helped me retrieve it. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and housekeeping service is very responsive. Breakfast is also great! 👍
