Stayed at the Grande Sheraton Sukhumvit and really enjoyed the location. Having direct access to Terminal 21 mall was a big plus for dining and shopping. The area is vibrant and easy to get around. A solid choice for anyone looking for convenience in Bangkok.

Oh man! There’s not enough room to write out all what we loved about this hotel.
Service was exceptional, food was outstanding, spa was spectacular.
This is the first place we stayed when we came to Thailand and nothings come close. We loved it so much, we’re going to come back to Bangkok early to spend a few more nights. Location is perfect for markets and general wondering around!

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the Sukhumvit shopping district. It is connected by sky bridge to the BTS (Asoke) and MRT (Sukhumvit) stations, and right by the Terminal 21 mall. The staff offered outstanding service and the facilities and amenities were top notch. It is out new favourite hotel in Bangkok!

The service was absolutely top-notch, truly the best I've experienced in any hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and enthusiastic, and even went out of their way to be helpful when I was checking out – unlike some hotels where the warmth disappears once you're leaving. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained and definitely lives up to the standard of a star-rated hotel. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning probably needs a clean; it had a musty smell.

Excellent location, the hotel is connected to BTS station by a bridge. We don’t need to even bring an umbrella to travel everyday. At the centre of Bangkok city, we can access to popular spots by MRT or BTS within very short distance. Food is nice, room is spacious, staff are attentive and welcoming. Must stay here in coming trips!

For this price, I think it's a great choice. Although the hotel looks a bit old, the overall facilities and rooms are very well maintained and comfortable to stay in. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide excellent service, nothing to complain about. The location is superb, with both BTS and MTR stations nearby, and it's just a short walk through the skywalk. The skywalk also connects to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which offers plenty of dining options, very convenient.

This was the most satisfying hotel I booked for my Bangkok trip. Although the facilities are a bit old, it's very clean and the location is excellent. You can walk about 100 meters on a skybridge to the subway station, and the same skybridge connects to Terminal 21, making dining and shopping very convenient. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the flavors are all great. There's also a staff member at the front desk who speaks Chinese. The concierge truly deserves a special mention for being very polite and proactively offering their services with enthusiasm – the experience was fantastic.
