The LINE Hotel LA

10/10! We enjoyed our stay at the LINE hotel! It’s totally worth booking the Hollywood hills view, it’s so beautiful to wake up to every morning. Our room was cleaned everyday! New bedding, new towels etc. As soon as we needed help someone came up to our room ASAP and provided assistance. + the restaurant downstairs was 10/10 we ordered food 3 times during our stay of 7 days lol + there’s lots of delicious cafes/restaurants near by

There were hidden fees. $70 parking and $40 resort fee. This is not the resort Hotel. Parking is too expensive Will not go again

The hotel itself was good but the space was small and the surrounding was not clean and unpleasant.

I think hotel desk staff need to be trained in hospitality. Try borrowing an umbrella on a rainy day. When returning it, make sure to tie the string tightly, otherwise they will make a waving motion to instruct you. For years, this hotel was the designated hotel for my company. I will no longer be using it for stays or events as CEO. The stay guest parking 1 night fee is $55

Horrible hotel, parking was $60 a night, and they left a brand new black plain shirt in the closet on purpose. We accidentally took it and got charged $40. Tried to return it ( tag still on ) as it wasn’t our intention to take it,  hotel refused. It feels like they left the shirt there on purpose to trick customers. Hotel room was very small and old. Do not recommend at all!!

Los Angeles is big, so it is hard to say the location is convenient for anyone. It is convenient for the public transportation. Extra charges for Amenity fees + taxes (US$ 35/ per day); but no free coffee in the morning, lol. The interior designs look careless and unclean although staff may take extra effort to clean.
