We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms through Trip.com and fully paid in advance, yet after our stay, the hotel charged our credit cards again for the room fees, taxes, and other charges. On top of that, we had only one car parked, but the hotel wrongly charged parking fees twice under both rooms.
Despite repeated follow-ups since October, it’s now December and the refund issue is still unresolved. The lack of accountability and slow response from the hotel are unacceptable, especially for a so-called five-star property. We expected much better service and professionalism.

Biorac pod uwage cene hotelu nie jestem zadowolony z podbytu. Pokoj ktory dostalem znajdowal sie w starej czesci gdzie byl duzy halas. Pierwszej nocy DJ ktory gral w lobby od 22 do 2 rano nie dawal spokojnie spac. Pokoje w starej czesci hotelu sa ciemne i przebywanie w nich nie jest przyjemne. Podczas wybory hotelu kierowalem sie zdjeciamy ze strony jednak one przedstawiaja nowa czesc budynku - czuje ze zostalem wprowadzony w błąd.

一進酒店門就是夜店風，好多人圍在一起在喝酒，早餐很坑，酒店已包含的58美金的早餐的選擇就兩頂，份量很少，總之約600多美金一晚的酒店性價比不高，強烈不建議住這家酒店
