LIZZY • Ritz Hotel on Harbin Central Street

First-time stay: We were treated to complimentary afternoon tea with fruits and pastries, which is perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The bathroom is very spacious, and the upgraded room features a bathtub. Ambience: Baroque style with gorgeous glass features—undeniably stunning! As for the disposable slippers, they are much thicker than the ones at Ji Hotels. Service: Every staff member I met here was extremely warm and enthusiastic. The doorman even actively helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. It truly makes you feel at home; the service here is even more attentive than many hotels costing 800 to 900 yuan. I only stayed for one night, but any reasonable request you make is genuinely taken care of! They even proactively upgraded our room! Check-out came with a farewell souvenir: specialty candies. Location: Very close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street), just a few minutes' walk away. My husband and I also stayed at The Grand Mansion 1903 this trip, but we felt that Dayang Ritz offered service that was much more comforting and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Dayang Ritz again and recommend it to our family and friends.

The room features a beautiful Russian style. Having opened only in 2024, the facilities are quite new. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing of the room was great. The welcome fruits and afternoon tea were also nice, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, proactively helping with our luggage upon both arrival and departure. The only minor drawback was that body lotion was not included in the disposable amenities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

The room was great, and the service was even better! Special thanks to Mushroom and little Tingting for making us feel right at home. The afternoon tea was nice, and the staff there were also very friendly. We stayed for three consecutive days, and the breakfast was quite good too. However, when we came down at 9:30 AM, some of the fruit was gone. The breakfast staff simply said there was none left, even though breakfast doesn't end until 11:00 AM.

The room looked just like the pictures, so I didn't take any photos. Harbin really goes all out for tourism—the hotel service here is top-notch, with each staff member outdoing the last! They genuinely listen to what guests say, and the service is so thoughtful. I had a slight cold and asked the front desk if they had any ginger, and they specially sliced some up for me! The breakfast was good too. Absolutely nothing to complain about, totally satisfied.

I chose the Ritz Hotel for this trip to Harbin, and the experience was simply fantastic! The hotel features an exquisite European palace style, with high-end carved details and murals in the lobby that make every snapshot Instagram-worthy. Its location is unbeatable, right next to Central Avenue and within walking distance of St. Sophia Cathedral, making strolling down the historic street and dining super convenient. I stayed in the Negative Ion Forest Oxygen Bar room. The room layout is well-designed, the lighting is warm and soft, and it was impeccably clean and tidy. The capsule coffee maker was a thoughtful touch, the air felt fresh, and it was a very relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose the Ritz again the next time I visit Harbin. Highly recommended!

Very retro and florid style, perfectly inheriting the European Baroque aesthetic. Upon entering the hotel, someone was there to help with the luggage, and a subtle aroma greeted us right at the door. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including protein sources like boiled shrimp, fried eggs, bacon, and red sausages. The roast meat station to the right of the hot food window is highly recommended! The small cookies in the room seem to be homemade by the hotel—not too sweet, but crumbly and delicious. The breakfast cake selection is the most extensive, and the afternoon tea fruits were delightful.

Five-star recommendation for the Ritz Hotel! The retro European-style decor creates an amazing atmosphere, and its location is very close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel amenities are complete; the gym is fully equipped for a great workout, and the constant-temperature swimming pool has clean water—swimming there is a great stress reliever. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The service was genuinely warm and enthusiastic, and the staff were very attentive with everything from handling luggage to parking. It's located pretty much in the city center, and the interior design is really interesting. The little cake included in the welcome fruit platter was delicious.

Cleanliness: Every room is spotlessly clean! I usually get some allergies when traveling, but I slept so soundly and comfortably here. The cleaning standards are exceptionally high! Facilities: The smart services are top-notch—there's a smart electronic toilet in the bathroom, a delivery robot brings food up to the room, and the room controls are clear and intuitive. Service: Warm yet well-organized; every little detail for travelers is taken care of. Dayang Ritz is better than some chain hotels I've stayed at. I'd recommend it to everyone traveling this way!! Easily the best hotel in Harbin, hands down. The location is also fantastic and very convenient—super close to the metro station, and it's easy to hail a cab right out on the main road. If you're coming here to sightsee, staying here is the right choice. We were given afternoon tea upon check-in and a goodbye souvenir upon leaving. From check-in to check-out, what I'm going to miss the most isn't even Harbin—it's Dayang Ritz.
