We had a pleasant stay at Blue Diamond Hotel during our visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many popular attractions such as the Saigon Central Post Office, Book Street, and Ben Thanh Market, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day. Overall, Blue Diamond Hotel offers excellent value for money with its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day and even refilling the shampoo and body wash. The staff were friendly and nice, and the location was very convenient and accessible to nearby attractions.

The room smelled very weird and everything in the room looked strange, the staff that helped me with bags were wearing crocks and a hoodie with no proper uniforms seemed unprofessional.

This hotel is conveniently located on a side street next to Japan Town, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. It's a bit further from Ben Thanh Market, about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel environment is clean, though there can be occasional construction noise. However, the soundproofing is quite good; I've stayed here almost every month and have never heard noise from the next room. I highly recommend this hotel, and the price is quite economical.

Convenient location, everything is within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is acceptable. The room facilities are basic, and the bathroom is very minimal; water overflows from the shower when you use it. For the price I paid, I have no complaints.
