Ibis Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance)

Great stay, very bog bedroom with sofa, we were at the gate of the park in 3min. Very convinient. Breakfast also very good. Clean room.

The hotel’s location is unarguably the best if planning a visit to Zhangjiajie national park for 2-4 days. I was extended a warm welcome and Ms.Lianzi helped me in securing the best possible tickets for the park. The personnel greet with a smile and are always willing to help in-spite of the language barriers. The receptionist even received my parcel from a courier company and paid for it beforehand as per my request and it really made me happy. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a great stay. The air conditioning was great and so was the housekeeping. The toilet even had an inbuilt light that turned on when the bathroom light was switched off. The bathroom even had a retractable line for drying clothes. I used the laundry (free of charge) once during my stay and it was maintained well. The breakfast buffet could have been managed in a better manner with the available staff. I had one of the best stays in China at this hotel and I thank Ms.Lianzi and her colleagues for their great hospitality.

Great location with easy access of the national forest park and lovely service. Lianzi was extremely helping in helping me secure tickets to the national forest park and tianmen mountain before my arrival, and Zhuzhaobin’s service and hospitality was amazing during my stay. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Perfect location to access east gate. Staff provide wet weather ponchos, boots and umbrellas. Breakfast was good. Mini mart outside front entrance. Robot for food delivery. Laundry was good and plenty of bottles of water at gym.
