La habitación es perfecta, moderna con muebles sencillos y prácticos, armario espacioso y baño grande también moderno y con su TV de dimensiones adecuada al espacio. Con pequeña nevera, pero no funcionaba bien, que por cierto se me olvidó comunicarle a recepción

I chose the romantic package since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our expectations, after reading the reviews and ratings on the Weekendesk website, were high. Upon arrival, the hotel's facade was very pretty, as it was built years ago. Once we entered the lobby, we were kindly greeted and given our room. We were located on floor 101, where our first surprise came: we opened the door and found it to be a single room with two 90cm beds pushed together and without the romantic decor I'd booked. We put on our swimsuits and went down to the -1 floor to access the spa, where we were disappointed again: it was a small space with four other people. The small jacuzzi worked well for so many people, but the water was so hot you couldn't stay there for long. You had two hammocks that you alternated with the other guests. There were a couple of showers, one hot and one cold, the small sauna and the hammam steam bath weren't working, and there was only one small ice fountain. Upon arrival, we used the whirlpool tub and noticed the faucet was broken, leaking water from most areas. Upon returning for dinner, we stopped by reception to inquire about the decor, and were told it was subject to hotel availability (two chocolates or a small jar of salt). My wife and I were left with rather dismayed expressions. Dinner was very well presented, but the waiters' service was somewhat lacking, as I had to ask for a candle to be lit and wait for our drinks. The salad had anchovies, and they weren't there. The continental breakfast was small, but good. I think I'll reconsider returning, or at least spend money on something I won't have later.

Not up to 4 star standards, only the historic aspect was attractive. The welcome was cold and distant. The whirlpool bath didn't work, no solution found. The only hotel we didn't like on our 15-day road trip. We regretted not having left for Andorra earlier.

We spent two nights as a couple. The hotel is very nice. We were given a triple room in the attic, lovely and very clean. The only thing worth mentioning is that the air conditioning didn't cool very well, but we weren't excessively hot. The spa is very small, the jacuzzi barely creates bubbles, and the floor drain doesn't work properly, making it slippery. My husband almost fell, and I finally fell backward on the stairs when getting out of the jacuzzi, which caused severe back pain and considerable bruises. After reporting the incident to one of the receptionists, she offered me anti-inflammatory cream, which I had to return after use. Another receptionist simply said reluctantly, "Sorry," while I checked out. In short, a very nice hotel with a good breakfast, but with a spa that was substandard in terms of both space and maintenance and unprofessional reception staff, except for the breakfast waitress, who was attentive and friendly.
