Homeinn Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area Cableway Station)

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Zhangjiajie Railway Station, and just a five-minute walk from the long-distance bus station. The facilities are well-maintained, and it's clean and hygienic. Overall, quite good.

The front desk staff were all incredibly kind, patient, and responsible. They really listened to my needs when arranging things. The housekeeping aunties were also very responsible and friendly. Ethnic costume experience: So beautiful, and they even helped with the styling! Single airport/high-speed rail station transfer service: Excellent, this was a massive help!

The hotel is quite close to where we were going, just over a ten-minute walk to the front desk. The front desk service was also very good; you can store your luggage for free. The lobby has complimentary ethnic costumes, and they even deliver takeout to your room for free. You can take some great photos in the lobby with the costumes.

I always prefer to stay in clean hotels, and after a lot of online comparison, I found this one and was not disappointed. The room was spacious, bright, and neatly decorated, giving it a grand feel. It was a very comfortable stay. When checking in, the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful. She immediately informed us about important things to know for our visit, enthusiastically recommended nearby attractions and local eateries, and even advised us on the best routes to take. She was exceptionally warm, professional, and very friendly towards us, providing a lot of assistance.
