Fantasy World is a modern and cool hotel with a variety of theme rooms, including Roman Holiday, Polynesia, Arctic Ice and Snow. So this hotel is more suitable for vacationing with children or traveling with the whole family. Fantasy World Hotel has direct access to West Edmonton Mall, where you can play for several days without going out with its huge indoor water park, exciting rides, sea lion performances, pirate ships, miniature golf courses, etc. It is really fun for children to stay here!

Great central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership.
Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up).
Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head.
Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well).

The hotel is relatively old, and it can be renovated, but the towels are rotten, not enough shower gel and shampoo are white tea flavors, this is a plus, but the hotel is not recommended for the same price

Stayed 1 night 🤩 The Night Market & entertainment was amazing 👍🏻 Dinner @ Tap25 was challenging at first but turned out to be fine in the end. Staff at times was scarce & the knowledge of the 25 beer 🍻 on tap menu was unknown. The night in the Casino was a lot of fun and the Boneless Chicken Wings @ FatBurger were delicious for a midnight snack 😋😁😎

This was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was big enough. It was better than expected. The shower curtain was a bit torn and incompatible with other facilities. It was late if we went early. There were still five minutes left before the end of the stay. But the waiter was very nice and took the initiative to take out the packing box for us. There are not many people in Canada who take things away to eat.

It's nice hotel,.complementary hot breakfast with variety, clean and well maintained, customer service are superb 👌 especially kamal in front desk.

Staff was very polite. When asked for new towels, the maid was willing to replace for new ones. Pool was cold at times, water slide was fun for the kids. Hot tub was so hot and very relaxing.

It was ok because there was a small pool and a gym in the basement

The suite breakfast is on the 3rd floor and can be delivered to the room before 2 o’clock. Parking is very convenient. There are stadiums nearby, you can go to the concert. The subway bus is very convenient. There are very few pedestrians at night. Many shops close at 3 or 6 in the afternoon. There are bars and entertainment facilities that open at 6 in the evening, and ordinary people seldom go there.

There are many places to eat around The suite we stayed in, the room was large, the mattress was good, and the bed was very comfortable. Known as the largest shopping mall in North America - West Mall is very close
