The service was excellent; the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining. The location is also superb – a subway entrance is right around the corner to the left, leading to Lijing Gate, and to the right, you'll find the Yingtianmen Scenic Area, which offers beautiful views. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was varied, with a good mix of Western and Chinese options. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was clean and tidy, and its proximity to Yingtianmen was perfect for traveling with kids. The staff were warm and attentive, and the free parking with EV charging was a great bonus.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Yingtianmen and a quick walk away. The room was a bit small but mostly adequate. However, the sink and the bed in the room were not separated and were very close, making it easy to splash water onto the bed. While this design might solve the problem of limited space, it's quite unconventional for a hotel. Additionally, the restaurant service was mediocre. One of the younger staff members was constantly on his phone when there were no guests needing assistance. He told a guest that a bowl of noodles would take 5 minutes. When the guest went back to their seat to wait, the noodles were ready in less than 5 minutes. After scooping the noodles into a bowl and placing it on the counter, he didn't call the guest to pick it up and just went back to playing on his phone. The guest had to notice it themselves and go get it, by which point the noodles were a bit clumpy. This was the main reason for the low rating.

Our family of three specifically chose the Ancient Capital Stroll Hotel for our trip to Luoyang, and our stay far exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to all the major attractions. It was incredibly convenient to take a post-dinner stroll to Luoyi Ancient City and Shizi Street Night Market, without the hassle of constantly hailing taxis, which was a huge relief when traveling with elders and children. The room itself was spacious and airy, with soft, clean beds. The entire room was spotless and free of any odors. The hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries, anticipating the needs of families, and the service was gentle, patient, and quick to respond to any issues. The breakfast offered a wide variety of authentic Luoyang specialties, catering to all ages. The overall ambiance was peaceful and elegant, with a strong ancient charm. It made getting around, dining, and staying so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, making it an ideal base for families visiting Luoyang. I highly recommend it to other families planning a trip here.

Excellent service and a clean, tidy room. It's super convenient, just a one-minute walk from the Lijinmen subway station. Lijinmen itself is about a ten-minute walk, Shizijie (Cross Street) is fifteen minutes, and Tiantang Mingtang is only five minutes away. The room was great, with all the facilities you could need. The front desk service was also top-notch. Highly recommend staying here!

The service was great and the room was clean. It's a 5-minute walk to Tiantang Mingtang, and 10 minutes to Cross Street and Lijingmen. The room layout and facilities were excellent. The front desk lady was also very helpful. It's only a one-minute walk to the Lijingmen subway station. The room has a smart system with Xiao Du, and the mattress is very soft. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic! I truly recommend everyone stay here. It's less than 500 meters from Lijin Gate Scenic Area, and Yingtian Gate is only about a kilometer away – a 5 RMB electric tricycle ride will get you there! Shizi Street, with all its food and shopping, is also nearby. I've already recommended it to my friends! Including breakfast, it's just over 200 a night. If I come back again, I'll definitely stay here.
