Yunqi V Onsen Garden Resort

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. Environment: Great location, very close to Dongmen. Service: Excellent service. We were greeted with a smile right at the entrance. The mini-fridge had unlimited complimentary mung bean soup and fruit. The mung bean soup was incredibly fragrant, sweet, and smooth, and the watermelon was super sweet. Perhaps due to it being peak tourist season, there was a lot of foot traffic. Some guests rang doorbells in the middle of the night, and children were screaming. The soundproofing could definitely be improved.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the East Gate, just a two-minute walk away. We stayed for three days, which allowed us to plan our sightseeing routes efficiently. After a day out, we could easily return to the hotel to rest. It's also convenient for driving to nearby attractions, and there's a large underground parking lot. The room environment is great – clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The staff are warm and attentive, and there's even a small swimming pool to relax in.

The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of Dongmen. The hotel environment is comfortable and incredibly quiet at night. It's super convenient for food and drinks. The breakfast is delicious and the kids loved it. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Although the pool isn't huge, the kids had a great time there, they absolutely loved it. The hotel service is excellent; the butler provided professional and detailed advice on the scenic routes. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Pretty good. It's about 300 meters from Dongmen, making it one of the closest hotels there. The accommodation environment is also nice, and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

The family room was very comfortable, and it was great to have self-service laundry facilities. The kids also loved the pool. Best of all, it's very close to the East Gate entrance, which was really convenient. Just a heads up, make sure to go to breakfast early, otherwise there won't be much left to eat.

Highly recommend to all my friends! This hotel has amazing service, truly outstanding! On the day of our departure, my child suddenly couldn't find their ID. The hotel staff helped us search tirelessly... I had honestly given up hope, but to my surprise, they contacted me the very next day saying they found it and immediately helped mail it back to us. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Thank you, thank you!

The front desk staff were lovely, very beautiful and gentle. The bed in the room was super comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. It's really close to the forest park, just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate. Plus, there's a swimming pool and a laundry room, which is very convenient.

The location is fantastic! It feels newly renovated within the last two years, very clean and fresh. It's less than 100 meters from the scenic area entrance. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, away from the crowds, so it's very quiet. There's a small garden outside the lobby on the second floor, and a swimming pool on the third floor where the kids had a blast. The breakfast was also delicious, and the entire room was thoroughly cleaned with excellent ventilation and natural light. I actually canceled a 700-a-night full-service hotel to switch to this one. For about 60% of the price of the full-service hotel, this place offers larger rooms, better amenities, and the same great location, making it much better value for money! Highly recommend it to everyone. The only thing I'd complain about is that the pool water sanitation could be improved.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the Wulingyuan scenic area's main entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and snacks nearby. The Chagee near the entrance was a lifesaver on hot summer days. Hotel facilities were just okay; many of the towels were yellowed, making me wonder about their cleanliness. One male staff member at the front desk had a rather poor attitude, speaking condescendingly to guests, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was basic, but it was fine for a quick bite before heading to Wulingyuan. I didn't dare use the pool; there were a bunch of foreigners soaking in it, and later in the evening, a lot of kids were still in there, making me question when it was last cleaned.
