Super nice hotel @ Tokyo

Ryu at breakfast was amazing. Everybody in the staff including reception and bar tenders were amazing.

We had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel, the room is spacious and all the amenities were great! Loved the pool, gym, cafe and breakfast! A big thankyou to Hiroyuki for his incredible hospitality and service. And thanks to Ajay for his great service during breakfast! Would highly recommend staying here, love the wellness vibes!

I recently stayed at 1 Hotel Tokyo with my family, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and professionalism. Every member of the team from the concierge and porters to Guest Relations and the reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. A special thank you to Jhalyn at Reception and Hiro from Guest Relations, who made our check-in seamless and completely hassle-free with their professionalism and genuine hospitality. I’d also like to recognize the wonderful Spa team, whose warmth, kindness, and positive energy made every interaction a pleasure. The hotel itself is truly one of a kind. During our 12-day trip around Japan, I had never slept so well until we stayed here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby! My family and I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, especially the pool and the hammam, which were absolute highlights of our stay. A very special thank you to Maho for the most amazing massage. After days of walking around Tokyo, my body was completely exhausted and she worked wonders. I haven’t felt that relaxed in such a long time and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you to the entire team at 1 Hotel Tokyo for making our stay one of the highlights of our holiday. Your genuine hospitality, attention to detail and outstanding service made our experience truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.
