A truly unforgettable stay! Since the hotel is newly opened in 2026, there weren't many reviews online, and I was worried about a new-decoration smell, so I only booked one night. I really regret not booking more nights! 😂😂 I was so lucky, it was like opening a blind box and getting a hidden gem! 👏😜 The room view is stunning, every window faces Tokyo Tower 🗼. The overall design is also very stylish and natural, making it incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness and service were impeccable, with attention to every detail. I have to give a big thumbs up to the operations team! 👍

Flawless, except for the price! The location is excellent, right in Akasaka – quiet and not too crowded. The Tameike-Sanno subway station is downstairs, making the Ginza Line super convenient. The room is spacious enough, and they provide daily necessities like slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Everything is complimentary except for the minibar. The coffee and tea are good, and they even provide a tea set. Housekeeping was very prompt, it felt like they cleaned twice a day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable! The pool and sauna are small but exquisite. The picture shows the hotel lobby, which is very comfortable and beautiful.

An elegant hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. It happened to be my family's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged everything. Coupled with the view of the Tokyo Tower, it made for an unforgettable birthday. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back next time!❣️

The pool is amazing! I plan to come again. It's very clean, as expected from 1 Hotel.

The wooden front desk can snag your clothes! Be careful when leaning on it during check-in/check-out!

The twin room size is quite spacious for Japan, allowing us to open our suitcases. Both beds are 1.5 meters wide. The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, not far from Ginza and Azabu-Juban, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. The hotel promotes eco-friendliness with wooden elements incorporated throughout. They also offer a variety of daily sports activities. The guests are predominantly Caucasian, so almost all staff members speak fluent English. The service is exceptional; staff members are attentive and proactive in the lobby and hallways throughout the day, promptly addressing any questions or needs.

Excellent hotel! Great location, great service. I loved it so much I didn't even want to leave my room.

This is a new hotel with excellent facilities, featuring an eco-friendly theme. However, the suite only had two trash cans – one in the living room and one in the half bath. The soundproofing was great, but the lobby music was constantly loud and a bit too 'W' style for my taste. You can find a convenience store and a smoking area on the second floor, which is accessible by going down one level and through an office building.
