The hardware facilities are very good. The meals were delicious, and NINI Restaurant blew me away. However, the service staff lack adequate training, and the housekeeping doesn't feel like it has been trained to the professional standards of a five-star hotel.

A truly unforgettable stay! Since the hotel is newly opened in 2026, there weren't many reviews online, and I was worried about a new-decoration smell, so I only booked one night. I really regret not booking more nights! 😂😂 I was so lucky, it was like opening a blind box and getting a hidden gem! 👏😜 The room view is stunning, every window faces Tokyo Tower 🗼. The overall design is also very stylish and natural, making it incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness and service were impeccable, with attention to every detail. I have to give a big thumbs up to the operations team! 👍

Flawless, except for the price! The location is excellent, right in Akasaka – quiet and not too crowded. The Tameike-Sanno subway station is downstairs, making the Ginza Line super convenient. The room is spacious enough, and they provide daily necessities like slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Everything is complimentary except for the minibar. The coffee and tea are good, and they even provide a tea set. Housekeeping was very prompt, it felt like they cleaned twice a day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable! The pool and sauna are small but exquisite. The picture shows the hotel lobby, which is very comfortable and beautiful.

An elegant hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. It happened to be my family's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged everything. Coupled with the view of the Tokyo Tower, it made for an unforgettable birthday. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back next time!❣️

The wooden front desk can snag your clothes! Be careful when leaning on it during check-in/check-out!

The room was very new, spacious, and beautiful, with wonderful natural light and fantastic window views. It's nestled among office buildings in Minato City, making it very convenient to get to city attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The gym facilities are also well-equipped, and you can even work out with a view of Tokyo Tower. The only area for improvement would be the variety and taste of the breakfast.

Charged ¥100,000 for “TV damage” after checkout, with no prior contact I checked out before 11 AM, leaving the in-room TV switched off and undamaged. At 1:57 PM my card was charged JPY 100,000 for alleged TV damage. The hotel’s email about it arrived at 2:03 PM, six minutes after the money had already been taken. Nobody called or asked me anything before charging. The hotel later sent two photos of a cracked screen. They show that the TV is damaged, but not when or how it happened. They have no visible timestamp, no inspection record, and nothing linking the damage to my stay. The room was out of my hands for about three hours before the charge. I’ve asked for the door access log, the inspection details, and an invoice supporting the amount, and I’ve disputed the charge with my card issuer. Charging a guest a large sum after checkout first and asking questions later is not acceptable. Future guests should photograph the room, especially the TV, before leaving, and check their card after checkout.
