1. The service is excellent, making this a great option for families with children. They offer laundry and drying services, which is a lifesaver after bathing two kids at night and still having to do self-service laundry. You just leave your clothes at the door, tell the housekeeper, and the next day, your clean, dry clothes will magically reappear at your door, just like a fairy tale! 2. The breakfast is affordable and offers a good variety: a hot noodle station, cereals, coffee, fruits, desserts, and cold dishes like cheese, toast, and ham. It satisfies both health-conscious and carb-loving diners. 3. Just a few steps away is the Giant bicycle rental center, perfect for cycling around the lake. They have electric and pedal bikes, including options for families and mountain biking. 4. There are no major drawbacks; the minor issues don't detract from the overall quality. It would be even better if the WiFi connected directly without needing a password. The front desk and housekeeper service are excellent, anticipating and fulfilling your needs much like Haidilao. 5. The famous roast goose rice noodles are in the nearby town, about a 15-minute taxi ride away. We went late and couldn't get a table, so we had to get takeout instead.

Came to Songshan Lake with my sister this time and chose this hotel. The overall environment, cleanliness, and service attitude were excellent! The price was also very affordable. Highly recommend everyone to check it out!

I usually stay at CitiGO hotels whenever I travel to different cities because they offer self-service laundry, and I like to wash my clothes daily. This particular CitiGO is the best I've ever stayed at, not just for its facilities but also for its service. For laundry, all I had to do was hang my clothes outside the door, and they were washed, dried, and returned to my room. This saved me from constantly having to go back and forth or keeping an eye on the washing machine. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making even a frequent hotel guest like me feel so welcome. And I definitely have to praise the adorable robot that delivered food right to my room door – these are services I haven't encountered at other CitiGOs. I didn't get a chance to photograph the clean and tidy room, so I'll just share a few pictures of the beautiful lobby instead.

The hygiene is good, and the decor is quite stylish – overall, a pleasant experience. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the breakfast buffet on weekends tends to run low around 10:00 AM because earlier guests have eaten most of it. I hope they can replenish items more frequently.

The rooms and service here are both excellent. The lobby on the first floor is luxurious with plenty of seating, and they offer a good selection of complimentary drinks, coffee, and tea. My room had no strange odors, was very spacious, and I wasn't disturbed. The TV had screen casting capabilities and a clear picture. There's also a lovely lake view from the window, and it's only a five-minute walk to Songshan Lake where you can rent bikes. Breakfast was great too, very generous, and overall, it offers good value for money.

Newly opened hotel in Songshan Lake. First, the positives: it's quite close to Songhu Misty Rain. There's ample parking, and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast is very rich. The room is spacious, and even has a recliner. The bathroom area is also quite good. Small downsides: the shower cubicle is a bit small, so you can't hang clothes inside. There are no hooks for clothes near the sink outside. There's a night light by the bed, but I couldn't find the switch to turn it off. Being newly renovated, there's a slight smell, which should dissipate in a few months.

The lobby is very cozy, and the front desk staff are excellent. Breakfast is also great value for money. The room is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and the bed is super comfy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Songshan Lake.

This newly opened Intercity hotel, as always, lives up to HUAZHU's high standards. I was very satisfied with the room's decor, materials, cleanliness, and the staff's service attitude. The hotel is conveniently located right behind the entrance to Songshan Lake, making it very easy to visit.

The room was spotless and clean, and the hotel felt high-end, elegant, and tasteful. It's super close to Songshan Lake, and the front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast selection was extensive and incredibly delicious! 😋
