Modern place. Size wise is a typical japan’s hotel but they have everything. Easy access to the JR train and Ameyoko street

The front desk staff of various nationalities lacked knowledge about hospitals. They didn’t ask why we needed to go to the hospital, nor did they suggest checking whether we had health insurance in Japan. They gave us the wrong hospital recommendation, which wasted our time as we had to communicate and handle everything by ourselves. My son was vomiting, and when we requested new bedsheets and pillows, they refused, stating that the booking was only for two people—even though there were two adults and two young children (1 and 3 years old). The staff didn’t ask why we needed the items and only focused on whether there would be extra charges. There was no support at all. It was a very poor experience. The Japanese staff made no effort to help. This was our first and definitely our last time staying here.

In unit Laundry was very nice to have for a longer stay. The rooms were nice but a little tight for a family of four. Place was very clean and staff was very nice and helped us with check=in, check-out and other request. The place is convenient but is a slight walk from the station.
