Extremely satisfied! I was eating salmon alone late at night, and the front desk lady helped me find salt (as a substitute for soy sauce) and a plate with cutlery, allowing me to enjoy a wonderful meal, haha. The window view is excellent, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance~

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. It's also very close to the city's tax refund point. The room was a bit small, but the view from the 9th floor was great. On the 10th floor, there's a sauna and a gym. The sauna is a bit hidden inside the gym, but the staff patiently showed us the way.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially considering Norway's prices. The room was comfortable, and while a bit small, it was well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the church across the street.

Front desk service was friendly and upon seeing my membership status, gave us room upgrades. Though the room was clean and modern, the bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathtub has what looks like years of yellow staining, showerhead from the 80s, hairdryer would struggle drying writing on paper. The fact there were no photos anywhere of the bathroom means they know exactly what I'm on about. Would not stay again purely because of it.

The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, exceeding my expectations. Because it was raining, they even recommended places to eat and visit, and helped me book a taxi, which was all incredibly efficient. The room view was also fantastic!
