"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exactly conforming to my idea of Nordic design. The room is a bit on the small side; it's perfect for one person, but might feel a little cramped for two. Breakfast is extensive and entirely self-service. The hotel's location is very convenient: there's an airport bus stop right outside, it's a 5-minute walk to the Arctic Cathedral, and the city center is just a ten-minute walk away."

"The single room I booked has a shared bathroom. The room is compact and has a sink and guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, the staff is friendly, there is a kitchen and restaurant to use, and free tea and coffee are provided every day. The shared bathroom room is about 5-6 rooms sharing a shower room and toilet on each floor. The overall experience is very good, but there are two shortcomings First, the toilet will be very crowded in the morning. All the toilets on the three floors are used, resulting in queuing. Second, the sound insulation of the room is not very good. If the neighbors talk loudly, you can hear it clearly, but fortunately, the neighbors are not too loud when sleeping, so it does not affect sleep"

"The hotel is quite far from the centre of Tromsø. The bus stop to go to the airport is 10 minutes away. It seems like a short walk but if it is snowing and you have a lot of luggage you have to go early because the slopes are icy. When you enter, it is wonderful. They have renovated the common areas and it is super nice. But when we entered our double room... It was not renovated. It is the smallest room we have stayed in in 8 days in the area. The door is not in good condition. The bathroom looks like it belongs in a "hospital". For our taste, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The walls of the room are not in good condition either. When we went to breakfast it seemed like another hotel. The cafeteria with panoramic views was beautiful. And the buffet breakfast was very tasty. We were quite shocked by the huge difference between the common areas and the room."

"We had a difficulty getting in as we never received the code as promised. Just make sure you have it before you reach the place and if not, then they will send it to you if you call the support line. The apartment is very clean, cosy and warm with comfortable furniture and bedding, but absolutely only the minimum is provided. There is just one bed cover and pillow per person, whereas 2 per person would be preferred. There are some important amenities that are missing, which would greatly improve our stay: foot mat in the bathroom, hooks behind doors and bathroom to let your tower dray off, shower gel, shampoo, extra garbage bags , a couple of coffee capsules and tea bags, basic condiments in the kitchen. Would be nice if they provided the basics as you may arrive very late at night and would like to have something to drink at night or in the morning before heading out. Excellent location even though there is some temporary construction right outside that will disturb your sleep in the morning. We did not experience any noise from music as other reviews say as everything was closing by midnight. We travelled end of November."
