The room was very small, which is understandable, but even in such a tiny space, they managed to fit a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, there's a self-service snack area with bread, vegetable soup, and drinking water. The hotel is not far from Ueno Station, about a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of local eateries near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food, and there are also two FamilyMart convenience stores, which is quite convenient.

This hotel is very convenient and has a good environment. Especially, taking the Skyliner from near this hotel to Narita Airport is incredibly convenient. To the right of the Yodobashi store near the hotel is where you buy tickets and board the Skyliner. You can walk directly from the hotel to the Skyliner ticket counter, which is very easy.

Whenever I visit Tokyo I like to spend a few days in Ueno to get my kitchen fix at Kappabashi and Ameyoko for dried seafood. Hotel Resol is the PERFECT location (13 min walk to Kappabashi or 3 min train). You can also walk to Asakusa or a quick train. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and has cheerful and artistic decor. We had to change rooms the 3rd night (twin was fully booked) and the staff made the change seamless and easy by moving us across the hall the next morning. They were so helpful. I prefer the newer boutique hotels like Resol to big chains because of their cleanliness and attention to details. Every room has a 3 head charger wire for your electronics. My only comment is the hair dryer wasn't working so well in room 2. For sure u will be back again; I loved my stay. So comfortable!

The room was small, but the location was fantastic, and I loved the decor. It was super convenient for getting around, with the Skyline right next door. My flight was early on the last day, and it seemed like the train (Skyline) started running as early as 5 AM. I didn't book breakfast, but the convenience store nearby was very handy.

On the first night, I was assigned a corner room. It didn't have central air conditioning, and the AC blew directly at me, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. We stay for two nights. The best thing of the hotel is the location, just a short walking distance to the train station. Hotel room is clean and tidy but little small. We definitely we stay here again.
