The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were generally friendly, and the room was clean. One thing I particularly liked was the excellent water pressure in the shower! The only downsides were the painfully slow elevators and the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. The rooftop pool was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff there were friendly, and it was a great place to relax. The triple room was also thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of the space. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Taiwan!

We booked the double room, but got an upgrade to the executive suite. It was a surprise for us and the stay was great. Location is a short drive from ximending area, takes abit of time to go other area of taipei. But not too bad. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and considering to stay again next time, we dont mind the travelling.

Location: Walk 5min to MTR station. 10min to shopping mall. 15-20min to Nan Ya night market. Room: Bed comfy. Toilet with bathtub. Aircond good. Just iron need request from hotel staff. Overall this hotel is above average and come back again

Very spacious room even though not located at taipei city centre but at new taipei but the location is good by considering the metro station is just opposite the road and theres mall and convenience store just beside the hotel. Will stay here again in future

Highly recommended and great service. The hotel is very clean and close to the station, making it very convenient to get around. The room is spacious enough so that three people won't feel cramped. The bathroom has a bathtub and is kept very clean.

Great location, very close to the MRT station. The triple room comes with a small walk-in closet. The only downside is that bottled water is not provided; instead, there's just a kettle and you have to go outside to fill it up. The hot pot restaurant across the street is delicious.

The staffs were friendly and professional. In particular, Vivienne Hsieh was very proactive in assisting in getting my dry cleaning sorted In time for my meeting (especially when I was still adjusting after a long flight). The location is great where you can reach a mall and a convenience store via 3 minutes walk. The room was generously spacious and the view from my room on level 19 in the early morning was rather soothing. Highly recommended.
