I'd like to share my experience at this hotel. We stayed here in September. The online reviews are definitely overrated, and the price is far too high for what the room offers.
Let's start with the negatives: the furniture was old, there was mold on the walls, the room didn't look clean, and we even encountered huge cockroaches. I didn't even want to take off my shoes. The TV was just for decoration, hanging on the wall with no antenna, so we couldn't watch anything.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of the city center and the Petronas Towers. The view of the towers from our window was absolutely delightful. Every morning, a street cafe would set up on the sidewalk near the hotel, serving incredibly delicious and appetizing breakfasts, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Not a pleasant stay at all.
We actually checked out the same night and didn’t spend a night there. The rooms were very small and cramped and there were no lifts — we had to carry our bags up the stairs. The hallways were dark and had an unpleasant smell which made the whole place feel uncomfortable and even a bit scary. Definitely not what I expected from the photos.

I have booked a queen size bed room however the bathroom is so small and no place to hang the towel. Imagine the inconvenience and the basin is so small as well. U need to consider this issues as well. Overall it is a pleasant place to stay for one night so I have no other comment basically.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. Plus, it's just a short walk to the shopping district. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Many restaurants nearby easy to have something to eat at late night And can have a little long walk to Twin tower.
Not many tourists around here So live like a local.

Nice place to stay. In the centre of busy city life. Lots of eatery throughout the entire day. The foods are delicious and from various states of Malaysia. Finger licking foods. During our stay, it was fruits season of mango Harum manis , mangosteen ( queen of fruits ) and durian ( king of fruits).
Night life was colourful and again foods, various type of foods are everywhere. If you don’t mind a little noisy at night, this would be ideal place to stay.
