Ventimo Hotel & Residence Jeju

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I first booked it, I thought it was a hidden gem, but as soon as I checked in, while the room was clean enough, the air conditioning noise was incredibly loud. My room was next to a commercial building, and some machine was making an extremely loud noise. I contacted the front desk to switch rooms, but the other room had the exact same noise! 😂 Then they told me it should be quiet at night, so I decided to wait and see, but it was noisy 24/7, and the soundproofing was terrible. Even my boyfriend, who usually falls asleep easily, couldn't get any rest. I immediately booked another hotel and asked Trip.com customer service to help negotiate a refund. In the end, the hotel still refused 🙅🏻♂️ without even an apology, saying it was a management decision. This clearly indicates very poor hotel management; many rooms have a constant booming noise, but they do nothing about it. If you're looking for a hotel in Jeju, steer clear of this one.

This hotel is pretty good, no major issues. Facilities: The facilities are new, and the room has direct drinking water and a smart toilet. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's next to CU (Chongqing University?), and there are tons of restaurants behind it to choose from. It's a bit of a walk to Baojian Road. Service: The front desk staff are all very nice and always greet you when they see you.
