Novotel Jinji Lake Suzhou SIP

I booked a king-size lake-view room, but then I wanted to switch to a twin room last minute. Candy at the front desk was so nice and helped us change the room type. Overall, the experience was great! We came to see the Dragon Boat Race at Jinji Lake, and this hotel is the closest one, so the location is excellent!

The room was clean and tidy, with a decent-sized balcony that overlooked the 'Big Trousers' (Suzhou IFS Skyscraper). It looked stunning when lit up at night! The location is great for transport, right by Jinji Lake, and you can walk to the lakeside in just three minutes.

The room directly faced Jinji Lake and the 'Big Trousers' building, offering great views. Candy at the front desk kindly upgraded my room for free. The room was clean and quiet, the surrounding area was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, excellent!

Excellent location, you can see the night view of Jinji Lake from here! This is a French brand hotel with an elegant environment. The breakfast is also quite good and generally meets expectations.

This hotel is by far the best value for money I've ever experienced. Its location near Jinji Lake Fisherman's Wharf is fantastic, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully rich and makes you feel right at home. The biggest pleasant surprise was the swimming pool – it's huge, incredibly clean, and not crowded at all, making for a truly relaxing swim. Best of all, the price is incredibly reasonable. For just over 500 [currency, e.g., RMB] including breakfast, you get a pool, and you're right by Jinji Lake where you can enjoy the beautiful night views. Extremely satisfied!

The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Jinji Lake, making transportation convenient. The front desk staff, Serena, and another young woman whose name I didn't catch, provided excellent service!

This is my nth time staying here, and each time I feel that Novotel is the best choice for accommodation in the park. The price is affordable and competitive, the rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. As a repeat guest, I've also received free room upgrades and late check-out. The staff are accommodating, making it incredible value for money.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's cozy, upscale, and the service is excellent. The location is perfect too. I especially enjoyed the little balcony, where I could have a few drinks while admiring the Jinji Lake night view.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a balcony with a view of the Gate of the Orient. Serena at the front desk provided excellent service!
