Novotel Jinji Lake Suzhou SIP

I arrived with high expectations, but to my dismay, the room was not only damp but also had a moldy smell. My first night's sleep was uncomfortable, so I requested a room change the next day, only to find the new room was just as bad. After three nights at the hotel, I developed acute skin inflammation. Those with sensitive skin or respiratory issues should definitely think twice before staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around the CBD. Hotel staff member Vera provided fantastic service, even helping us with a room upgrade.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jinji Lake, with plenty of parking spaces. We received a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room upon check-in, offering panoramic views of the lake and the Gate of the Orient. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, and the air conditioning is poor. The mini-fridge in the room barely cooled anything. I suggest these issues be improved.

The room was very neat and spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The service was great, and the hotel itself was very clean with a charming old-world five-star feel. It's conveniently located, right above the subway entrance, making it quick to get anywhere.

I really like this hotel in Suzhou. I've stayed here many times. The front desk staff, Serna, is very attentive. It's also very convenient to get to Jinji Lake. Plus, they recently added a Luckin Coffee, which is a nice bonus.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station. After dinner, it's only a five-minute walk to Jinji Lake! The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The service, especially from Gaoli, was great. I'll definitely come back again.

The amenities were complete, the bedding was comfortable with no hair, and the toilet was spotless. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. Location truly impacts travel happiness; the hotel is right by Jinji Lake, offering stunning lake views, and it's conveniently located near the subway for easy access.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Jinji Lake, and they even provided thoughtful reminders during the typhoon. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was top-notch. The afternoon tea set was also quite good. I'm not sure if it's because of the recent plum rain season, but the bedding in the room felt a bit damp. Also, as soon as I opened the door, there was a strange smell in the room, which I suspect came from the carpet. Personally, I think tile or wood flooring would be better for the rooms.
