Not a bad hotel. It's within walking distance to the high-speed rail station, and taking a taxi to the attractions is quite convenient. The room facilities are relatively new, and the curtains have electric switches. When we came back from sightseeing the next day, the room had already been cleaned, which was a nice touch.

I specifically came to leave a review. This was my first time in Luoyang. I stayed near Luoyi Old City for the first few days, but then I wanted to visit the grottoes, so I chose this hotel because it's closer and more convenient for catching the high-speed train when I leave. It's only a 5-6 minute walk from the high-speed train station – incredibly convenient! This hotel chain is worldwide, but this particular location offers excellent value for money. Although it's not large, it's very well-maintained and the facilities are new. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which is a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. The room's hygiene was excellent, making for a very peaceful stay. Being right next to the high-speed train station, I was initially worried that a city-view room might affect my rest, but it turned out to be absolutely fine. The service was also very thoughtful. It was truly a great experience.

I informed the front desk, and a staff member removed it, but no one offered an explanation or apology until check-out. This is unacceptable!

I have to praise the pillows – my husband and I stayed there, and he said the pillows were so comfortable that he woke up the next day wanting to find the exact same ones to replace the pillows at home! The location is also very convenient; you don't need to allow much time to catch the high-speed train because it's right next to the high-speed train station. It's also very easy to get to Longmen Grottoes and Guanlin Temple from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The quality of this chain hotel is consistently good, parking is convenient, and its location is particularly suitable for visiting the major attractions in Luolong District. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended for family trips.
