Mercure Okinawa Naha’s location is good next to Monorail. Room was clean. Breakfast is good.they provide Okinawa food everyday Parking is charged 1000 yen/night If don’t have car , public transportation is convenient

Oh my god, I can't wait to write this review. I really don't know how this hotel got its rating. The room was dirty, messy, old, and run-down. There were liquid stains of unknown origin everywhere – on the lamps, walls, and headboard. The leather on the headboard was all scratched up with nail marks. By 7 AM, breakfast was already packed with people. The soundproofing was terrible; I was woken up every single day! The 2700 JPY breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff were mean. Other than hanging the 'do not disturb' sign (which was also dirty) and housekeeping providing fresh towels, there was absolutely nothing good about this place. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in Japan, without exception 🤮

This is my first time visit to okinawa and I choose this hotel as my stay from 01 Oct to 06 Oct. Hotel is located very close to Yui Rail at tsubogawa and take less than 5min to reach. Since the rail is nearby can easily board it to go other destinations such as Shuri to visit the Shuri castle. There is a family mart just opposite the hotel. Just a short 5 min to 7 min is a Don Don donki. Bed was really good and comfy. Breakfast was good and I like the harsh brown and the self make udon noodle. Since I am staying facing the river I will sometime drink a cup of tea while admiring the nice view. Staff is really friendly and helpful too. I will choose this nice hotel if I come back to okinawa Naha again.

The hotel is conveniently located. Due to the weather, I extended my stay for another day. However, the rooms and hallways are a bit dim, and the hotel shows signs of aging. There's a foreign currency exchange machine downstairs, and the breakfast is just average. Car rental is available downstairs, but it's a bit pricey, though convenient.

The location is super convenient! It only takes about 6-7 minutes to get to Tsubogawa Station from Naha Airport by monorail. The hotel is right next to a Family Mart, and there's also a Don Quijote Tsubogawa store nearby for some fun shopping! Not bad at all~
