Great hotel. Just a one-minute walk from the beach. Nice, clean bungalows. Good quality bed linen and towels. Polite staff. Very satisfied with my stay.

The bungalow is simply cozy and spacious. The whole area is clean and tidy. Just 100 steps and you're on a beautiful white sand beach with a calm sea. A huge thank you to all the staff, such kind and responsive people ❤️. I'd love to come back here again.

The location is absolute dynamite, just 100 meters from the sea! The room has everything you need: a kettle, a hairdryer, and even beach towels!

The bungalows are clean and new, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Each bungalow has its own terrace and panoramic windows, and the rooms are spacious. HOWEVER, the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning due to mold. It cost 2,200₽ per night, but that's fine... The property is located near the jungle, with monkeys and cats running around. It's quiet and away from the party scene. The location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's construction nearby, but it's not a disturbance. All shops and cafes are close by. I needed to cancel one out of five nights, but the staff refused and then ignored me, which I didn't appreciate as they were unaccommodating. Haad Rin Beach is only accessible if you have a motorbike. Tuk-tuks charge 200 baht per person. To get anywhere from here, you have to go through large, steep inclines; the road is very steep. In September, there were no waves, but there were signs everywhere warning about jellyfish (their sting can cause cardiac arrest). There were jars of vinegar on the beach. This was the only beach where a net was tied to buoys, so jellyfish didn't swim in, but there was always a fear, just in case...

I liked the proximity to the beach and the location itself. If you overlook the minor issues, then, in principle, considering the price and location, everything is fine and more or less decent. For example, our air conditioner was noisy. During a check-in, the hotel manager asked how we were doing. I told him that the air conditioner was noisy and asked him to fix it, and it was all fixed that same day. I recommend cleaning the plumbing. The place is beautiful with a sea view. The rooms are clean. The service is excellent.

The location is near the beach, but up on a hill. If that doesn't bother you, there are plenty of shops, cafes, and 7/11s nearby. The sand and sea were great. I didn't like the shower. The housekeeping team is always helpful and ready to assist you 👍🏻

The proximity to the beach was great (about 150 meters down). The rooms are a bit dated but still adequate and nicely spacious. The terrace is practically unusable due to the many mosquitoes. A huge monitor lizard (about 1.20 m long) lived under my bungalow, scaring some guests. Typical Thailand! :) Something new is currently being built at Aquavana, which will be directly beachfront. The construction site wasn't a bother at all; it was nice and quiet.
