Our first stop in Madrid led us to this amazing hotel! The service was excellent, the location was superb, and the room amenities were incredibly comfortable. Both the room and the restaurant offered stunning sunrise views, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

The location is decent, but the room is genuinely small, I mean really tiny. There's definitely not much space for luggage. Overall, it's just very small. Everything else was acceptable.

We cannot say enough of how good the hotel and the staff are. The location cannot be better, right at the heart of all the hustle bustle, main shopping *****, and walking distance to all major attractions with the underground station just at the doorsteps. Hotels and rooms are nicely decorated to high end standard. Furthermore, service is unbeatable and staff are all very friendly and always ready to assist. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is perfect! The breakfast is superb, the menu is delicious and varied. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is superb!!!! We walked all day! Everything is close to the hotel. The only downside is that the large towels smell awful! It's as if they were washed and left wet for a long time; they've gone rancid and smell really bad. We need to throw them out and buy new ones. We'll definitely be back! A great hotel.
