The hotel is a convenient ten to fifteen-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although standard check-in is at 3 PM, I was able to check in at 1 PM because it wasn't a peak period. Every day around 5 PM, they offer complimentary snacks to the guest rooms. Breakfast is ordered via iPad and while not extensive, the variety is sufficient. One thing to note for light sleepers: there's a street-side restaurant nearby whose music can be quite loud and impactful until 9 or 10 PM, potentially disturbing guests' rest.

I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this hotel, Rêve Ho Chi Minh City, Vignette Collection by IHG, is truly exceptional in its humanized approach, and the staff are incredibly flexible! On our first day, we arrived at the hotel around 3 AM, and the front desk extended our check-out time until 2 PM. The next day, we wanted to extend our stay, but our room type was unavailable on the official website and other platforms. The front desk directly processed our extension for us anyway. We booked a Premium Room, which is about 30 square meters. It's not huge and doesn't have a sofa, but it's very new, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a small balcony. I personally think it's really good. Although paying over 1000 RMB for a 30-square-meter room might not seem like great value for money, all the services we received during our stay made me feel it was totally worth it.

Overall, it was quite good. The service was warm and proactive, and the location was also decent. However, the standard room was too small, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, a minor point: the mirror faces the bed. For those who are concerned about feng shui taboos, please pay attention when choosing your room type.

The software was good, and the service and decor were decent. However, the hardware was really poor. The window view was terrible, and the soundproofing wasn't good. The room was incredibly small, and the swimming pool was comically tiny, probably only 2 meters wide. It was very poor value for money. I blame myself for not looking closely; it's InterContinental Group, not InterContinental itself.

A great choice! The rooms are very clean and the service is super responsive. It really lives up to being a boutique hotel, and the breakfast was high-quality and delicious. The first night, we stayed in a suite on the 11th floor, and the bass from the bar next door was really pumping. I'm quite sensitive to noise. After looking around at a lot of hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, I realized there probably aren't better options in the city center unless you go to the suburbs. They moved us to a room facing a different direction on the second night, which was better. Anyway, the whole environment in Ho Chi Minh City is quite noisy, but I got used to it by the second day. I recommend this hotel!
