The software was good, and the service and decor were decent. However, the hardware was really poor. The window view was terrible, and the soundproofing wasn't good. The room was incredibly small, and the swimming pool was comically tiny, probably only 2 meters wide. It was very poor value for money. I blame myself for not looking closely; it's InterContinental Group, not InterContinental itself.

A great choice! The rooms are very clean and the service is super responsive. It really lives up to being a boutique hotel, and the breakfast was high-quality and delicious. The first night, we stayed in a suite on the 11th floor, and the bass from the bar next door was really pumping. I'm quite sensitive to noise. After looking around at a lot of hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, I realized there probably aren't better options in the city center unless you go to the suburbs. They moved us to a room facing a different direction on the second night, which was better. Anyway, the whole environment in Ho Chi Minh City is quite noisy, but I got used to it by the second day. I recommend this hotel!

A hidden gem in Ho Chi Minh City! This newly opened hotel surpassed my expectations, even compared to five-star hotels. The cleanliness was surprisingly excellent. The hotel's decor shows great attention to detail and a high-quality feel. While the room was a bit small, it had a balcony with soundproof windows, which was fantastic! As someone with light sleep, I was able to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally – the overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The biggest plus was the warm and attentive service from the front desk staff. They spoke fluent English and even Chinese, making communication effortless in a foreign country. Both the front desk and security staff were very polite and friendly. I stayed for three nights and felt comfortable the entire time. Getting around was very convenient; I barely needed a taxi. Saigon Centre was even within walking distance. Plus, diagonally across from the hotel to the right, there's a small salon offering skin care, hair wash, and nail services for just 100-200 RMB, which is incredible value for money. I had a hydrating facial there for two days, and my skin felt as smooth as an egg! To the right at the crossroads, there are many Chinese-owned eateries, including lamb hotpot and dessert shops, all delicious. Overall, if you're not looking for a large and luxurious hotel, this place offers excellent value and a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City!

There were three main areas that weren't quite satisfactory: the bathroom was really small, there were no comfortable low pillows available to switch out, and the breakfast selection wasn't very rich. On the positive side: it had a balcony, was very clean, and the service was excellent. I would still consider a second stay at this hotel, especially for its cleanliness, rooms with balconies, and great service.

The hotel is small but charming. Our room was probably only 30 square meters, but it surprisingly had a bathtub. The service quality is excellent; I even saw the front desk staff studying Chinese at night. Breakfast was quite good too. We definitely extended our stay for another night. There are a few trendy restaurants right next to the hotel; we tried Vietnamese food and lamb hotpot. Unfortunately, the popular pork chop rice place had a ridiculously long queue, so we missed out on that. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh City.
