PARKROYAL Penang Resort

We love everything about this resort. Kids & family friendly, service & hospitality was very nice, breakfast spread was nice and tasted good, the views here were breathtaking, my kids enjoyed the pool, they have splash pool with 2 different slides and the adults can enjoy the slides as well. Easy access to the beach with many watersport activities but need to pay for them, we spent on their dinner buffet which was so good. In the evening, they have BBQ and you can enjoy taking pictures during sunset. However, I hope they can improve their maintenance at the pool area (there was a shower by the poolside that needed to be repaired), the cleanliness of the room can definitely be improved, the hairdryer in our room was out of service, but other than that, everything else was definitely great. We may repeat our stay here in the future 👍🏻

The breakfast quality improved so much from our last visit. The facilities and amenities provided are still great. Appreciated our room got upgraded to seaview deluxe. Our bed linen are slightly stained and got changed immediately after contacted the housekeeping. Thumbs up for that quick action. Areas for improvement: 1. Please upgrade to Smart TV for better in-rooms experience. 2. Parking lot is limited when there is wedding function or other event ongoing, making it less convenient for hotel guests to park their vehicles. Management team need to think about how to improve the situation.

Overall, we are happy with our stay though it is only for 3 nights. Room is big and clean. Water pressure in the room is superb. Breakfast variety is good but many of the curry items were cold. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great with alot of variety including fresh dishes. The views were amazing. The pool and splash park were brilliant. The beach was lovely we managed to watch one sunset on the beach and it was so lovely. The staff were really kind and helpful and friendly and the ladies in the kids club were great! Our little one loved it

We recently held our wedding reception at Parkroyal Penang Resort and hosted many of our family members there for the occasion. The entire event was professionally managed, and the staff did an exceptional job ensuring everything ran smoothly. The rooms were fully satisfactory and comfortable for our guests, though the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are grateful to the team for making our celebration so special.

Everything looks Clean & new. Services were superb. We had our meals at both Cinnamon & Gustoso, everything is good especially the pizza. We love the nature feel environment at the hotel area.
