Hilton Los Angeles Airport

Facilities: The room facilities are quite old. Environment: However, the lobby is decent, and there are dining and coffee options downstairs. The best part is its proximity to the airport; there's a shuttle bus, and it's also a short walk to the car rental area.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had a great view. However, when traveling for business internationally, remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers, as locals usually don't wear slippers.

The room was very clean and tidy, but I could hear cars racing downstairs. The outdoor pool was just okay, located in an enclosed area. The shuttle bus was very frequent. There were two restaurants, which is quite a lot for a hotel near the airport.

The environment and location are both excellent, no complaints there. It's just a few minutes from the airport, and our room window faced the runway, so we could see planes taking off and landing. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. The service was pretty average though; they didn't provide water in the room, and even after calling for it, it was never delivered.

Back in Los Angeles, I chose the Hilton LAX again. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is incredibly convenient, and the drivers are professional and warm, making passengers feel truly welcome, like coming home. I'll definitely be back.

Cons: I was assigned a room right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator running. My window looked out onto a platform corner. There were two mosquitoes in the room. Bottled water wasn't provided, and although they said I could call for it, they brought paid Evian water. It felt like my Trip.com order got me the worst room. Pros: There's a convenient airport shuttle bus service. The cleanliness was acceptable.
