Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo

The room was spacious and the location was super convenient with a supermarket nearby, so we could buy wagyu beef and cook it ourselves. However, it was quite noisy at night with motorcycles and police sirens on the street. One morning, I paid for breakfast at the front desk. On the day I checked out, I was stopped and told I hadn't paid for it. Seriously, I paid before I ate! How else would I have gotten breakfast? Plus, the breakfast selection was extremely limited and tasted terrible.

The room size was decent, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The location was okay, quite convenient for Shinjuku Gyoen, but it's more than a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

The room was quite spacious, like an apartment with a kitchen, though the decor was a bit plain.

This hotel is very convenient, and the size is decent. The best part is that you can cook, and it's easy to get to surrounding areas.

We stayed for one night and for a one-day stay everything was excellent. The location was great. It wasn't entirely clear in the description that when booking a room for two adults and a child, the sofa bed for the child isn't prepared and there's an additional charge for it. It's not a big deal, but I would prefer more transparent information.

Great location and spacious room, but the bed was too small. I felt like I was going to roll off when I turned over. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Good value for money. The hotel is spacious considering Tokyo standards. The service is very good.
