The room size was decent, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The location was okay, quite convenient for Shinjuku Gyoen, but it's more than a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

The location is great. Bus station is right in front of the hotel, just a couple of stops to the center of Shinjuku. M line is not too far. It's quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. The room size is the big plus, bigger than the normal tokyo room size. The kitchenette is convenient, as well as the laundry downstairs. The gym is handy too. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, patiently explaining every detail about the hotel. It's a short 10-minute walk from the hotel to the heart of Shinjuku, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of a bustling area. Japanese rooms are typically quite small, but this hotel's room was much larger than I expected and even came with a small Western-style kitchen. The lobby also features a basic small gym and a self-service laundry room. Overall, the environment was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Staying here over Chinese New Year for just over 800 yuan a night offered excellent value for money. What more could you ask for? The room was quite spacious by Tokyo standards. They didn't clean my room during my three-day stay, but I honestly didn't mind. In fact, I prefer not to have staff in my room every day disturbing my rest. I just took out my own trash daily and picked up fresh towels. There's a small kitchen, so I could make simple breakfasts. The lobby offers free coffee, and there's a convenience store right outside, plus a large supermarket within a five-minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.
