Terrible! I've never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. It charges five-star prices but offers two-star facilities and environment. 1. The room was dilapidated. 2. There were uncleaned bloodstains in the bathroom. 3. The floor was old and looked dirty. 4. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was too close to the window, and the rooms were small, making it extremely noisy at night. 5. The refrigerator didn't cool properly, only making things slightly chilly. The first one was broken and had a strange smell. There were no umbrellas in the room. 6. The most frustrating thing was that there was no master control switch by the bed. To turn off the main lights, I had to walk all the way to the door. 7. The hotel management is nonexistent, allowing foreigners to bring sex workers into the hotel every day, making the overall environment very poor. Negative review. I hope everyone avoids this hotel in the future.

The room is quite spacious, but the bathroom is a bit small. The Wi-Fi is terrible, so if that's a deal-breaker for you, don't book this place. We were using Hong Kong roaming, and both our data and the hotel Wi-Fi were slow – couldn't even load travel guides properly. If you have unlimited local data, then it might be okay. There's a laundry room and a gym, though the gym equipment is basic. In the morning, there's a good baguette place across the street, and a 7-Eleven and GS25 convenience store right downstairs.

Right across the street from Japan Street. The hotel was clean and the location was great. Plenty of food options nearby. It was a bit pricey, but everything else was fine. Next time, I'll try to book earlier to see if I can get a better deal, haha.

The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities and services felt similar to what you'd find in a typical business hotel in Japan. I didn't use the breakfast or gym this time, so I can't comment on those. One minor issue I noticed was that the refrigerator wasn't very cold. Also, being asked to leave a Google review in front of the hotel staff felt a bit awkward. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, so I'm generally satisfied.
