The stay was good and comfortable.. the room is big enough for both my mom and I Hotel manager Tina is patient in showing us and guiding us throughout our stay! Thank you for making my birthday memorable for the surprise card and flowers !

Very decent, clean, yes a little bit of musty smell but the air conditioning is strong enough to cover for it. Well cooled rooms. Lovely staff. Close to many good eateries .

Room is a little bit run down and the photo didn't update but overall is good. There's some sand on my bed under the blankets but no stains. Bed is comfortable. Located in a busy area but very quiet at night. The hotel lobby smells very nice!

I like breakfast area, it is tidy and bright. Salad bar is good, vegetables are really fresh

Generally speaking the hotel met all expectations for the average, regular traveler - how we define it may be different. Nevertheless, hotel was clean, location was fantastic (abundant eateries nearby and the were at least 2 convenient stores and a pharmacy, service was excellent. Hotel concierge service was 24 hours l available via WhatsApp so that really made everything very convenient as a guest. Kudos to the team who decided to implement these systems in place.
