The Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection

I really loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and bright, with a view of the pool and the sea, just as I paid for. I was able to check in earlier than expected. All the staff were polite and quickly responded to any requests. They immediately added me to WeChat, which was very convenient! I especially want to highlight Siena. The room cleaning and replenishment were always timely. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of local cuisine and a good selection of European dishes too. It's a shame I only stayed for 3 nights. I would happily return!

I chose this hotel two months in advance, and it was as beautiful as a painting! A fantastic hotel, exceeding all expectations! 🏠 Room: The view was absolutely stunning! It perfectly embodied the concept of mountains, sea, and sky. The ocean was as calm as blue silk, with large ships anchored on its surface. Every photo I took looked like a National Geographic cover! The room facilities were new and complete, with superb aesthetics and a large area, perfect for a baby to crawl around. Especially the bathtub 🛁 – you absolutely must take a bath while looking at the sea. 🌊 Environment: The infinity pool on the third floor was particularly amazing! It once again showcased the true meaning of mountains, sea, and sky! There was a happy hour after 5 PM, with fruit boats in the pool, and everyone singing and dancing. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, we saw a super beautiful sunset 🌄, afterglow, and the moon. Sitting on the swing and gazing at the moon, one could dispel all worries. 🍚 Dining: The breakfast is famously good! The variety of delicious food was overwhelming, and the quality was top-notch! What's even more impressive is that you wouldn't expect to find large steaks 🥩 grilled right in front of you at breakfast, sizzling with juice, perfectly cooked to medium-rare. There were also sea cucumber and shrimp wontons, equally grand and delicious. 👦 Traveling with Kids: The kids could play to their heart's content in the pool. My little one had an absolute blast in the infinity pool, swimming around and getting drinks and balloons from the boat. Digging in the sand on the beach was, of course, an essential activity, and you could also book a ride on the small train. The most fun of all was the Marriott's super huge and awesome playground, so big and with so many exciting things to do! My child played for two whole mornings and still didn't want to leave! As soon as we left, all their energy was completely drained. 💁 Service: There were many activities, such as yoga, sound healing, and an evening ritual, which were all very exciting. The staff, both male and female, were very enthusiastic and responded quickly. Although there were a few minor communication hiccups and not a perfectly seamless connection, they prioritized the customer experience and genuinely empathized, resolving everything wonderfully! I'd especially like to thank the Guest Relations小姐姐, the front desk小哥哥, and the duty manager, Joey! If I ever go to Sanya again, I would still want to stay here! Highly recommended!

Before check-in, Josie was already following up on my reservation and helped arrange the room. During my stay, whenever I had questions, I would contact her. The room was on a middle-to-high floor with a sea view facing Dadonghai Beach, and it was quite comfortable. Afterwards, I left some items behind, and Josie even helped arrange for them to be mailed to me. I would definitely consider coming back next time.

I added Corrine on WeChat beforehand, and it was really convenient to ask questions before and after check-in. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, and there's a 24-hour gym. Room replenishment was quick, and they even helped me get a late check-out until 1 PM. The service was thoughtful, making for a very stress-free stay. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya.

The view is fantastic, I really enjoyed my stay here. Aside from having to work from home... maybe resort hotels aren't ideal for working, haha... the desk was a bit too low. But the other services were impeccable. The location is in the Dadonghai tourist area, highly recommend coming to experience it [sun emoji]. Greta's service was excellent and very prompt; just contact her directly for any needs. Highly recommended!

During my stay, all the staff greeted me warmly, which was especially heartwarming. I was feeling carsick right after getting out of the car, and Tina, the front desk lady, immediately brought me a glass of iced tea – that was really thoughtful! The room was very clean, and looking at the pool and the sea downstairs during the day was so enjoyable! I have to mention that the hotel's buffet breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and goes until 1:00 PM. The variety isn't huge but there's enough to eat, with a freshly cooked noodle station, omelets, a few hot dishes, fruits, yogurt, grilled sausages, bread, and more.

The 180° panoramic sea view suite was absolutely stunning! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct ocean views, and the room was spacious and luxurious. The 'influencer-style' bathtub created an amazing ambiance. You could watch the sea right from your bed, and the infinity pool was perfect for photos! A perfect vacation experience! Josie's service was also very thoughtful and meticulous; all our needs were met promptly!

I've returned to stay at this hotel multiple times now! The hotel's public areas are truly stunning!!! The infinity pool on the third floor is only accessible to Autograph Collection guests, so it's rarely crowded. The pool water is clean and clear, perfect for taking photos. This year, they've even added swings and trendy loungers which are incredibly comfortable, along with many new adult activities. The room maintenance is still good, and the open-plan bathroom makes the room feel very spacious. The hotel's service is quick to respond. Breakfast extends until 1 PM, covering lunch, making it excellent value for money. I particularly love the Hou'an noodles and Zao Bo Cu noodles... I adore them! Highly recommend~

The overall environment is good, and the room on the 10th floor offers great photo opportunities of the resort. It's quite close to the sea, and the sea views are beautiful. Celery provided excellent service.
