Mercer Madrid - New Opening

Great Boutique Hotel in fantastic safe location. The staff are amazing 10/10 and the interior of the hotel is beautiful. I truly recommend to stay here if in Madrid

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The location, design, amenities and cleanliness were top tier and, above all, the staff treats you like a close and personal friend. This will be my hotel of choice in Madrid for the forseeable future.

We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, often travelling with our teenage children, and the Mercer is right at the very top of the list. The location is the best we've come across — far superior to other hotels of the same standing. The service was outstanding from start to finish — attentive, warm, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms are beautifully decorated, elegant and comfortable in equal measure, and the spa was a real highlight; a perfect way to unwind. It's rare to find a hotel that gets every detail right, but the Mercer managed it. We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere was quiet, elegant, and inviting. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Our family had a wonderful experience at Mercer Madrid. The service- from concierge to room service, breakfast to thoughtful touches for us and our daughter, made for a truly memorable experience. And, the dry martini at the bar was delicious! The room was comfortable and the hotel was a welcome space to return to after a hot day in the city and at nearby parks and museums. Special shout out to Abigail for bringing extra kid-magic to our experience and for excellent concierge services.

Everything about this hotel was excellent from the moment we arrive until the very last moment we left. We fell in love whit the hotel's decor and the comfort of the rooms. All the staff were very, very kind - specially Mr. Mauro . Honestly, i don't even know whear to begin; the way he treated us was more that memorable. He always brought a smile to our faces and helped us whit everything. I hope to return to Madrid soon and stay here again. Best regards to our dear Mauro

Spectacular hotel for a stay in Madrid, in an excellent area of the city. I stayed at Mercer Madrid and the atmosphere is very comfortable, relaxed, and classy. Special mention to the concierge, Mauro Torres, for his excellent service, always attentive and very professional. 100% recommended.

Mercer Madrid was THE opening that has most suprised me positively this year so far! The area the hotel is located in is perfection for art lovers with three major art museums at walking distance as well as the Parque del Retiro and the Jardin Botánico as well. The gastronomic offer was 10/10 but what stood out the most was the caring and welcome feeling that the staff procured. Specially the concierge team, Mauro and Nacho, made navigating the city and fitting all I had planned to see fit wonderfully in my schedule. Thank you!
