Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku

Good location with airport buses right at the hotel. The room is a bit old but clean. The aircon can be loud at night. The breakfast is nice with plenty options in Japanese style and a variety of drinks. The coffee machine can be a long queue.

This hotel is in the middle of shinjuku area and very close to everything. The service is really nice and the rooms were very clean.

Notes: Good size 23 sq m Standard Twin Room Good location, within 10 mins walk to JR & subway station. Easy to check in & out w/ machines. Haneda airport bus stop is right in front of this hotel. I will stay there again if I come to Tokyo

Staffs are very helpful and friendly , room is clean and breakfast were excellent many choices . I arrived around 10.30pm all the restaurants were close lucky there was Macdonell which close at 11.30

Short walk from Shinjuku JR station and metro. Recommend exiting the station at street level rather than trying to navigate through the underground network if you are bringing luggage. Rooms are standard sized by Japanese standards. Clean but a little dated. No usb ports so bring an adaptor. There is a family mart just a short walk away.

All the employees we encountered at the hotel are so helpful. From the staffs up to the manager (i guess) are all so attentive and try their best to attend to our requests. Rooms are clean as always, the amenities are complete, they even provide free sleepwear and umbrella (you have to give back after use) this is my 3rd time staying at hotel sunroute plaza shinjuku and it never fails me. This hotel is the one i always book whenever im in tokyo. Keep up the good work!

The hotel’s location was a huge plus. The airport limousine bus dropped us off right at the lobby, so we didn’t have to struggle with our luggage at all. It was especially convenient since we were heading to Kawaguchiko afterward—Shinjuku Station was just a short walk across the street, making it incredibly easy to travel with suitcases. Honestly, this was one of the hotels that made our trip so memorable. Official check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, but we arrived around 10 AM and were able to leave our luggage at the lobby right away. It made the start of our trip smooth, stress-free, and a great first impression of Tokyo.

Great hotel, lovely helpful staff, round the corner from Shunjuku Station so ideal. Limousine bus pick up at front of hotel. Excellent service. Twin beds larger than single beds. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is our last stop in Japan, hotel provides airport shuttle service that makes our transfer at ease. You may book your airport shuttle schedule early upon checking in. Well located closed to food and subway station. Checkin and checkout hassle free. Rooms are clean and comfortable, sound proofing good as well. Enjoyed my stay!
