Location & Accessibility • Prime Mall Proximity: Exceptionally close to Links Umeda, Yodobashi Camera, and Grand Front Osaka (just across the road). Walking to Osaka Station through Links and Yodobashi is fully covered, effortless, and very enjoyable. • Easy Shopping Access: A short walk gets you to HEP Five, Lucua 1100, and Lucua South (which features the Nintendo and Pokémon Centers). • Quieter Neighborhood: The Umeda area is much less crowded than Namba, Nippombashi, or Dotonbori. Traveling to the south areas takes only 4 to 5 stations via the Midosuji Line entirely underground. Room Cleanliness & Amenities • Housekeeping: Daily cleaning is available upon request, including fresh towels and adult pyjamas every day (note: children's pyjamas are limited to one pair per stay). • Water Pressure & Toiletries: Good water pressure, and extra amenities can be conveniently picked up from the hotel lobby. • Early Check-In Policy: Early check-in is strictly subject to an hourly surcharge. Dining Experience • Breakfast Monotony: While there is a decent variety of food options—and the pancakes, bread pudding, and ice cream are highlights—the menu remains completely identical for 5 straight days, which may disappoint guests staying for a full week. Staff & Service • Language Barrier: Front desk staff have limited English proficiency, making detailed communication difficult and requiring patience. • Rigid Service Culture: Service tends to feel less warm than other Japanese hotel chains. Staff initially refused a simple date correction for a mistakenly used breakfast coupon, requiring repeated explanations before agreeing.

The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. The room is a bit small, just nice to fit 2 single beds and a small round table. The toilet is clean and small just nice to fit the toilet bowl, sink and bathtub in a row. They provide halal breakfast but you need to order 3 weeks in advance. So I book for room stay only. Location is good and close to eateries, convenient stores and tourist cum value shop. These shops are just near the hotel 2-3 mins walk. Also near is Uniqlo store just across the road. It is near to Umeda station and easy to travel to other parts of Osaka. We conveniently took the train to USJ about half an hour ride. Oh, the toiletries (toothbrush, comb, shower cap, etc) and coffee & tea sachets, creamer, sugar, etc are all located at the ground floor lift lobby for guests to take. Overall, a good hotel to stay, clean & convenient.
