The hotel service was excellent, and the setting was exquisite and beautiful, especially with the snow falling outside. The large glass windows in the lobby offered stunning views of the snowy landscape, and there were chairs next to the bed where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. There's a snack area, and a fireplace where you can warm up and chat. Snacks, wine, and coffee are all included. Our room also had great snow views. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are a must-try. A fantastic experience overall!

The hotel had a nice view. I contacted them a day in advance and they said they couldn't pick me up from Sendai, only from the train station. When I booked, I saw they could pick me up from Sendai, so I bought a ticket to Sendai. I had no choice but to contact Ctrip. Ctrip's service was quite good; they immediately provided a solution. The indoor soaking tub was okay, but the outdoor tub was very small. The Japanese food was pretty good.

As soon as I got off the JR line, the hotel was waiting for me 👍. I booked the most basic room, which was small but quite clean. There was no shower in the room. The hotel courtyard was beautiful, and there were many activities available, but we hadn't done our research beforehand, so we missed some. The Hirose River Gen Open-Air Bath was stunning, built against the natural scenery, and was the most outstanding of the several hot springs. You absolutely must go; the Natural Bath was much less impressive in comparison. The hotel's buffet was also worth mentioning. I was quite disappointed when I heard it was a buffet, but it exceeded my expectations. The food was freshly prepared, and the presentation and taste were excellent. This is a hot spring hotel worth checking out. The price of the standard rooms is also very reasonable, but if you have the budget, you can try the deluxe rooms.

The hotel thoughtfully arranges round-trip transfers from the station and a warm welcome in the lobby. The open-air bath faces the Hirose River, which makes bathing in the hot springs feel leisurely. The indoor bath is spacious and luxurious, and you can enjoy the snow scenery outside the large bright glass window. The warm yukata jacket is comfortable and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast for one stay and two meals are all buffet, and the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and are simple and delicious. A variety of handmade coffees, teas, wines and snacks are provided in the lobby leisure area. You can taste them quietly and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. You will not feel bored if you are active in the hotel all day long. It is a hot spring hotel worth a return visit.

The room was small and didn't even have a bathroom. There weren't even large towels for bathing. You had to use the hot springs. While the food was buffet style, the Japanese and Western alcoholic beverages and food were delicious and plentiful, making it a great value. The natural private bath, Jingmei Oka (for women), had plenty of amenities, but the men's bath was simpler, hence the nickname "Beauty Bath." It's easily accessible, within 40 minutes of Sendai Station.

The hot spring view is beautiful, the breakfast and dinner are very good, the room is new, big and the view is very good, there is a hanging chair on the terrace.

You feel at home, and you can feel the care and attention to management in the hotel! The food is very delicious, the chef prepares it on the spot, and it’s super warm! It’s a big container, and you can taste a lot of different types of coffee! Will stay again if I have the chance!
