"The large bath was comfortable, but the sliding door at the entrance was not working properly and was difficult to open and close.
I asked for a foot pressure point massage, and the quality didn't seem bad.
Breakfast was buffet style and the salad was good."
"The location is near Goudangtai Station, about a few minutes away from the subway station. There are many convenience stores/restaurants nearby and the crowds are busy.
The hotel is too old. The room wall facilities are yellow and have spots. The exhaust point in the shower room is full of dust. The better thing is that cleaning services are provided every day. Soft improvement.
The hotel staff are very polite. A big thumbs up!"
"This is a small and beautiful hotel, about a 15-minute walk from Sendai Station, but it's fun to walk around the shopping street along the way.
The hotel is located on a quiet street. The twin room has moderate space and friendly service staff. During the cherry blossom season, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest West Park, where you can feel the charm of cherry blossoms during the day and at night. Recommended"

"We had an amazing 3-night stay in this hotel !
Very convenient location.
Clean. Free amenities.
1 alcohol drink (among wine, beer, sake, lemon liquor) per stay/per person
Free duck soba in the evening (up to 80 times/person, basically unlimited), which was actually very tasty.
Free soft drink and coffee.
We would definitely come back here for our next visist."
"The location is within a few minutes walking distance from the Sendai Airport Line.
There are many department stores and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and playing.
It is around 5 minutes walking distance from Sendai Morning Market."
"We love the location of this hotel, close to all shoppings, foods and Train Station. Great amenities, nice onsen eventhough a bit old style. If we come back to Sendai, we will choose this hotel again. Thanks for the nice stay."
"It was a short walk from Sendai station. There were plenty of restaurants around. As it was located on the main road, the room facing the street can be a little noisy from the cars. Rooms are typical Japanese size, so not very big."
"This hotel, Dongheng, not expensive, the room is not big, but feels at ease, intimate, walking seven or eight minutes from the station, very convenient, breakfast is not rich but enough, very good."
"The hotel is located in the heart of Sendai, a few minutes from Sendai Station. The waiter has a good attitude and the details are better. The shortcoming is that the sound insulation of the room is too bad. Some people in the corridor can speak clearly. The noise outside the hotel can also be heard. The shading of the curtains is not good. The air conditioner lights are too bright and do not sleep well at night."

Great
LL1988The hotel is near the Sendai morning market and walking distance to the Sendai station. To get to hotel, simply walk towards the Parco 2 and take down escalator. Then exit from the back door it’s a shortcut to the hotel:) it’s a lovely place to stay! There s a zenjro nearby too to eat yummy beef tongue !
IIampareGreat location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
AAKIRAThe hotel staff, cleaning staff, and the staff at the Royal Host where we had breakfast were all very friendly and made for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I would like to use this hotel again when I go sightseeing in Sendai. The only thing I regret is that the izakaya across from the hotel, which looked like a nice place, was full and I couldn't get in. Lol
MMagnus TanThe hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel.
I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.
Ddarbz89Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
TTan TGThe hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Sendai JR station. The receptionist was able to communicate in English, so checking in was easy. Next to hotel is a Family mart. Room is clean. Bed comfortable.
DDDubHotel was very clean. Pretty good breakfast from 7-10 with 9:30 being the latest seating. I suggest buying the vouchers before the day of to save a bit. Hotel has one small washer/dryer which came in really handy. Front desk gives change for that. If you ship your luggage via Yamato, front desk is nice enough to call your room to let you know it arrived. Very convenient location to open fish market, convivence stores, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.
GGuest UserIt was about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, so it felt a little far away.
If you use the subway, I think it's convenient because there is a Tozai Line station nearby.
It was also convenient because there was a convenience store nearby.
Unfortunately, the shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell.
The bed was a triple room, and I was able to sleep soundly until morning without having to fight with my child who usually sleeps with me, so I was very grateful.
The price was reasonable and I was able to relax.
I was interested in the shampoo bar, but I think it would have been more helpful if they had explained it to me at check-in.
I didn't really understand it, so I noticed it at check-out and I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to try it.
Due to my schedule, I only had a room-only plan, but the food looked delicious, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.
GGustavo TozzoIn complete contrast to my previous night at a different city, coming to this hotel was a total change.
Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help.
The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once.
Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place.
and all at no extra charge.
Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of ”fresh” paint all throughout.
Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with.
I will be staying again in October and look forward to it.
Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.
The average price for hotels in Sendai is US$164 on weekdays, and US$209 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
