Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori

The location is close to shopping street, Odori Park and subway station. The airport bus stop is just a street behind, opposite Hotel Abeist. I like Tokyu Stay hotels because it comes with a washing machine in the room. I didn’t realise the room that I booked did not have a kitchenette. Otherwise the room is reasonably sized and clean. There is no onsen in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a very good tonkatsu restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

Everything is perfect. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. Free ice cream is more than expected.

Super friendly and professional front desk (Yamada-san and Gin-san). Great location. Walking distance to Sapporo tower and main shopping street.

We were welcomed by soft serve ice cream at L2 and self-help coffee at the lobby. Chose this hotel as it has washer/ dryer IN the room with delay timer. Some say it takes 4 hours to wash n dry. I used but didn’t take note how long it takes. Clothes came out almost wrinkle free which impressed me. Room layout is spacious to accommodate our 3 nights stay whereby we bought a lot of stuff and we can comfortably sit at the table to eat. There is even a microwave oven in the room! The hotel uses Refa shampoo, conditioner n body foam which smells great. Best hair dryer (Refa) too! Within walking distance to Tanukikoji Street 5 and Susukino. Drinking water (room temperature n cold) are available at Level 2.

The location is very convenient, a lot of food eaters nearby . Also near to airport , rooms are clean and spacious . Free car parking . High recommended for those catching early flight

Hotel in great place and near underground shopping street. Room have enough space.

Really love the television, bathtub,the bed was really comfy,free soft serve ice cream and lastly , really nice latte and hot chocolate with really good location area near Don Don Donki.

Good location, modern facilities. Free coffee, tea & hot cocoa at lobby. Free soft serve. Separate shower and toilet. Onsite parking with fee. In room, Refa hairdryer was good. Induction cooker and washing machine also provided in our triple room.. Had a bit of trouble with washing machine as we didn't totally understand usage. Remember to leave extra time for it to cool after washing, otherwise cannot open the door. Overall good. Will return if we come back to Sapporo.
