"I used the apartment for the first time.
The layout of the room was fashionable, but the dust was terrible. The sofas, cushions and windows were also stained. The remote control of the TV was not able to be paired with the manufacturer different from the TV at all.
However, it was good because I was able to stay cheaply."

Outstanding
MMarcHoI recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime.
A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow.
The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay.
Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!
AAnonymous UserI would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable.
However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

ZZomo2nd time staying here!
You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift!
The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤
GGuest UserOne of the best options in Nakajima park. Very professional staff, free coffee in the lounge, a small cake shop and a really special energy. I try to stop over and stay here when traveling through Hokkaido. The staff are really great and are a credit to the Premiere hotel brand. They deserve to be commended for their great service. I always look forward to staying at Premiere even if it's just for one night.

FFun Traveler5mins walk from Sapporo station North exit. Water dispenser and ice maker at our level makes it convenient. Only 1 big luggage can be placed at corner of the room. The other had to be on the walkway in front of the bed. Rather standard space for Japanese hotel. Public bath was nice especially in the cold winter. There is a separate space for relaxing. Wasn’t being told of the coffee lounge during check in as read from reviews here.
KKwai LanThe reception staff is very friendly and the room space is big enough to place two suitcases, No safety box is provided inside the room. The location is closed to JR Station and the shopping mall, just 2 minutes walk only. Dimaru depatment store is located in Sopporo Station. Good choice to stay in Sopporo.
Mmirza qasrinaGood stay, hotel nearby to subway station exit (underground walkway). Very convinient if have to catch first train to airport. Walking distance to sapporo station, odori park. Nearby attraction
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to speak in english.
Room was clean. Standard size but confortable.
Reccomended if travel with family.
BBilly Hin TedConvenient hotel in Susukino ideal for business or solo travelers (my room was too small to accommodate anyone more than myself). Lawson's is right next door, and there are plenty of food options in close proximity, not to mention seemingly limitless nightlife entertainment in the immediate area. The room is tiny but clean and comfortable, with plenty of power outlets (don't forget your travel adapter, the outlets are not universal). The service staff is hit and miss, with the lady checking me in exuding grumpiness, but another staff member cheery and helpful. Free coffee and amenities in the lobby, but nothing special (Lawson's next door will provide all that you need)

MMui Foong HelenHotel directly opposite Sapporo station, very convenient, that's a link from the hotel basement to the train station underground, no worries if it's snowing.
Check in was smooth, front desk staff are friendly.
They provided luggage storage, just use your credit to locked and unlocked, we were away to Hakotate for 2 days, they allowed us to store our big luggage until we got back and checked into the hotel again for a night before leaving Hokkaido.
Will stay in this hotel again when my next visit to Sapporo
EEpianThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room features traditional Japanese-style interiors but feels quite dated, including the furniture. On the positive side, the buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. A standout feature is the free shuttle service from Sapporo Station, which adds convenience for travelers. Overall, it’s a practical choice for its location and amenities, though the rooms could use some updates.
The average price for hotels in Sapporo is US$229 on weekdays, and US$279 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
