After arriving in Chengdu, we headed straight to Jiuzhaigou. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's rest before entering the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area the next day. The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the entrance – just a short walk! We were also lucky enough to see snow in the morning 🤩

Ideal location for thr scenic area, less than a 5 min walk. Reception staff were really friendly and helped organise a taxi to get back to the station. I liked the ******* style of the room and the underfloor heating. However, like the other reviews say, the lack of sound proofing and construction work did make it hard to get off to sleep.

The front desk staff were all very friendly, and breakfast was pretty good too. I booked two rooms and requested them to be on the same floor, which they accommodated. The rooms were also very spacious. It even snowed on the morning we checked out, which was a lovely surprise! Great value for money!

The location is fantastic, it's the second closest hotel to the Jiuzhai entrance. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Paradise Mouth Food Center. The heating is excellent and the room gets plenty of sunlight. Plus, there are complimentary snacks and a free face mask in the room, which is a great touch! If budget isn't an issue, this would be my top pick!

Good location which we can walk to Jiuzhaigou entrance (less than 10mins walk). There are restaurants and coffee shop nearby. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

Had an amazing stay at Rezen Retreat! The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything from travel logistics to ordering takeaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with plenty of variety. The location is very convenient as it's only a 400m walk from the Jiuzhaigou entrance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent service. Polite, friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel location just a 5 mins walk to JiuZhaiGou Scenic Park, and 3 mins walk to the area with lots of foods/ drinks. Thank you!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou entrance and the visitor center. They even have hot springs, and complimentary face masks are provided, which is a thoughtful touch for preventing dry skin – a big plus! The front desk staff were lovely and provided fantastic service. Overall, it's a great place to stay. The only minor drawback is that the rooms on the first floor can be a little noisy.
