Let's start with the environment. The view from the window is quite good. I opted for the accessible king room, and the view faces Harajuku, not the main Shibuya direction, which is a bit of a shame. As for the living conditions, they were quite poor. Firstly, there's no sofa, so you're stuck sitting on the bed when you're in the room; there are no other amenities. Secondly, I was on the 6th floor, near the railway, so it was very noisy. The curtains were terrible at blocking light, so forget about sleeping in. Regarding hygiene, honestly, the problem was with the towels; they all had a pungent, sweaty smell. Ugh, disgusting! For facilities, the room was empty and had nothing. The bathroom felt like a disabled restroom at an airport... like an 80s nursing home! And for service, with no sofa or amenities, all you can do is wriggle around on the bed, right? Plus, they don't clean every day, and when I asked them to clean, they seemed annoyed! In short, this hotel at 1700 yuan a night is a rip-off! There are so many other hotel options; this one is truly not worth it!

I stayed for ten days. The hotel's location is perfect, right between Shibuya Station and Harajuku Omotesando, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel itself isn't too flashy; it's quite understated but has a real sense of quality. The staff are all young and very patient. Although the lobby is on the fourth floor, the lobby café has a great vibe and the coffee is wonderfully aromatic. There were many foreign guests there. I didn't get a chance to visit the rooftop bar, but I imagine the views are fantastic – definitely something to experience next time. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM, and the staff are very attentive.
