Borrman International Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Biaozhimen)

Location was convenient, just right at the entrance of the attraction. However, the hotel room has a smell (very distinct when we come back from outside), smells like smoke or lack of ventilation. Ordered taobao to hotel and was told to search for it myself amongst the pile of parcels, not the most ideal. This hotel also has large tour groups staying, sound proofing might not be the best too.

Overall Excellent Stay with Room for Improvement at Breakfast My overall experience at the Pullman was excellent. The service, staff hospitality, and overall cleanliness of the hotel and facilities were top-notch. The only area that needs improvement and further development is the breakfast buffet: Product Variety: There was a noticeable lack of dairy products, cheeses, and butter. Dish Labeling: There were no labels indicating the names or ingredients of the food items. Clear signage is essential for international travelers, especially to know what ingredients are used and to identify gluten-free or halal options. Apart from the breakfast, everything else was fantastic. I truly appreciate the staff and management for their warm hospitality!
