Borrman International Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Biaozhimen)

Very satisfied with the hotel and its excellent service. There's a restaurant on the first floor and a laundry room on the 6th, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the East Gate of the scenic area; you can just walk there in the morning. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, including snacks, BBQ, fruit, and local restaurants.

The room was clean and hygienic. Facilities: Well-equipped. Environment: Good. Service: The staff had a great attitude. Breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. The location and transportation were also convenient.

The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cool. It's super close to the landmark gate, just a short walk away. We stayed for three days and were able to store our luggage. I compared many places online before choosing this one. I forgot to take pictures of the room.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, super close to the scenic spots, you can just walk there. The room was clean and tidy, and I had a great rest. The service attitude was excellent, and they were very quick to respond if I had any issues. After a day of hiking, it was incredibly relaxing to come back to the hotel. Dining options nearby are also convenient, so you don't have to go out of your way. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money for a visit here. I'll definitely consider staying again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The facilities were complete and the transportation was convenient.

It's pretty good, located a few minutes' walk from Dongmen. There are also plenty of food options downstairs, especially the foot massage on the sixth floor. Although it costs 98 RMB, it's very convenient. After hiking, my legs were completely worn out, so a massage was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Plus, my legs didn't ache at all the next day.

We had a great time on this trip, even though it rained in the morning at the hotel. But the rain stopped in the afternoon, and we got to see a different side of Zhangjiajie, which I really loved!

Environment: The hotel is newly renovated and very close to the iconic 'Sign Gate', just a five-minute walk away, which was a huge plus for me after a tiring descent from the mountains. Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, along with massage services, making it very convenient. Highly recommended for families with children.
