We stay for two nights. The best thing of the hotel is the location, just a short walking distance to the train station. Hotel room is clean and tidy but little small. We definitely we stay here again.

The place is very easy-accessible with Ueno Train Station and they have amenities for free and all staffs are nice and friendly!

The accommodation was clean and odorless, suitable for two people. The staff were helpful; I forgot something, and they kept it and returned it to me in Thailand. I was very impressed with their assistance. Bakery and soup were also available.

The hotel is close to the Ueno station which makes travelling by train very convenient. The hotel nearby also has familymart nearby. It is also a 5-10 mins walk to the skyliner station which makes this hotel a good start of the trip or end of the trip hotel. Despite that, the shower head of our room was leaking water and was broken.

Stayed at Hotel Resol Ueno and it was an excellent choice. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to transport, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, especially for a city hotel. Service was great, staff were friendly and efficient throughout the stay. Amenities were also more than sufficient for a comfortable trip. Overall, everything was smooth and easy. A great option if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and reliable stay in Tokyo.

Small but perfectly formed, the lobby provides a comprehensive range of toiletries, including makeup remover, facial cleanser, and bath salts. The room was clean and tidy, and I have to praise the hairdryer – it was excellent! Downstairs, just a 100-meter walk away, there's a Wendy's, which is a great late-night snack option; the fries get a thumbs up! (Avoid the izakaya on the street level below the hotel, though – the salmon was black, the squid was smelly, and the only thing edible on the whole table we ordered was the Coke 😅)

Located very close to Ueno station. Very convenient to access the station, ameyoko/shopping street and Ueno park. The room felt quite spacious. The bath was bigger than other 3 star hotels. The only thing that put me off was the toilet - as you can see in the photo, I think they’re not getting it clean well and felt disgusting. They need to improve this.
