This was so great! Location is good, very close to JR station and sightseeing places. And the room is clean, staffs are helpful and friendly.The hotel also provided various of amenities. Hotel room was not spacious but it’s fine for me, it is Tokyo standard anyway. Nothing to complain at all, if I must say, it would be the noise of the dryer, surprisingly loud, that I had to put on my earplugs when used. Overall a very pleasant experience of stay.

Aside from being a bit pricey and small, there's nothing to fault about this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere by car, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

Excellent location right next to Ueno station, making it easily accessible if arriving from Narita airport. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Rooms are on the smaller side, so may not be family friendly, but highly recommended for couples/students/friends looking for a good hotel to stay in.

I first visited last winter and unexpectedly returned this summer, a year later! It's still just as wonderful as I remember. The room was very comfortable, the location is convenient, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. On rainy days, they even provide complimentary long umbrellas at the entrance.
P.S. The Asakusa exit is the closest to the hotel, just a 4-minute walk. However, be aware that this exit only has stairs and no elevator.
