MIMARU Tokyo Station East

Spacious with everything handy. Two bedroom design great for family. Highly recommend

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were firm and supportive, which we appreciated, though the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to Tokyo Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a great stay and we would recommend it.

We stayed at MIMARU Tokyo Station East for 5 nights in a Two-Bedroom Apartment, and it was an excellent choice for our family. The apartment was spacious by Tokyo standards and very thoughtfully designed for families. Having two separate bedrooms gave everyone privacy and made the stay much more comfortable, especially after long days of sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, and the layout allowed us to relax without feeling cramped. The kitchenette was compact but practical, perfect for simple meals and snacks. The hotel’s location is a huge plus — it’s within walking distance of Tokyo Station and other transport options, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Despite the central location, the area felt quiet and safe at night. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always willing to assist with questions or requests. The hotel clearly caters well to families, which we really appreciated. Overall, MIMARU Tokyo Station East is a fantastic option for families looking for space, comfort, and convenience in Tokyo. We would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend it to families traveling together.

The room is smaller than expected. It will be perfect If there’s one more toilet/shower room.

We will def choose this hotel again. Thank you!
