This accommodation is large enough for a family of four. The parking lot entrance is narrow, so please be careful with large vehicles. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Excellent! Free parking is available on the street. The room is large enough for a family, with a large balcony, very comfortable, and air-conditioned. Daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness. The decor is modern, and the facilities are new. The location is right next to the Science and Technology City, within walking distance of large shopping malls and supermarkets. The neighborhood is very safe. Definitely a highly recommended room!

The clean and hygienic suite is fully equipped! It includes all kitchen appliances, an induction cooker, and a refrigerator, making it especially convenient for families.

The service was poor, and they even charged a deposit—it wasn't authorized, they just deducted it directly! It was also more expensive than the room rate, and it took several days to get a refund after I left. It was an apartment hotel, relatively new.

The room is very new. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. It is also close to the Science City. You can take a walk and admire the modern architecture. It is very nice. I will stay here again next time.

We booked this place on short notice during our two-day trip to Valencia with our child. It's a two-bedroom, one-living room apartment that meets the needs of a family of four, and we can even cook. It's very convenient to drive around. The paid parking lot is very difficult to access; small cars can get in, but large vehicles can't. There are many free parking spaces on the ground, but they're all full, so you can't find one, haha.
